Now this might be of no significance at all, So don’t quote me, I was in Aberdeen Monday till Thursday at Survivex , where the offshore industry makes you attend to keep up with all your courses and requirements to carry on your duties offshore... now I met a driller and a company man that I had previously encountered offshore... we got chatting and I subtly got round to the subject of vertical wells and the benefits of horizontal wells, they both agreed there was no exact science but as in their experience horizontal well’s will get you more oil, when asked how much more, was told depending on a lot of variables as much as slightly more up to, 10x more in their experience, but normally the worst scenario is double, told them about HH they said you should not be disappointed hopefully you will get a surprise... I am not a ramper but speaking to those gentlemen gave me a bit more optimistic view of the possibility’s from a horizontal well drilled into the sweet spot... this is genuine conversation that took place but in no way let this influence your own research.

Shareholders should note that theCompany can only enter into a sale facility agreement to effect a sharebuy-back when it has determined that it is not in possession of pricesensitive information or otherwise in a closed period (either beingdefined as a “Closed Period”). If a sale facility agreement is enteredinto, amongst other things, it will enable Arden to effect, on theCompany’s behalf, the share buy-back during a Close Period (until suchtime as the facility expires or is exhausted).
