Half Year Accounts Key Points: § Three-fold increase in revenue § Five-fold increase in unit sales § Significant increase in international sales and service channels Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited [AIM / ASX: CFU] - a leading developer of high efficiency and low emission power products for homes and other buildings - today released its interim financial results for the six months ended 31 December 2011. Revenue for the period increased three-fold to AUD 3.3 million, from AUD 900,000 in the previous corresponding period. During the period the Company recorded sales of 67 units, a five-fold increase in sales compared to the December 2010 half year. Cumulative orders doubled from July to December 2011 - to a total of 614 units. Orders for 100 units or more were received from distributors in Germany and The Netherlands, and from E.ON UK. The current open order book of 476 units will deliver increased revenue and cashflow in future quarters. During the half year the Company added significantly to international sales and service channels. BlueGen distributors were appointed in key markets of Germany and The Netherlands. Local installation and service partners were trained in Europe, United Kingdom and Australia. Ceramic Fuel Cells continues to invest in product development, and will continue to scale up for future growth. A placement and a rights issue during the half year raised AUD 16.4 million.

PRUDENTIAL PLC STATEMENT Prudential notes recent press speculation in relation to the Group. Prudential regularly reviews its range of options to maximise the strategic flexibility of the Group. This includes consideration of optimising the Group's domicile, including as a possible response to an adverse outcome on Solvency II. Asia Pacific Region Contract Awards The Board of Digital Barriers plc (AIM: DGB), the specialist provider of advanced surveillance technologies to the international homeland security and defence markets, is pleased to announce the award of two contracts in the Asia Pacific region. Wood Group (John)PLC Premier Oil picks Wood Group for Balmoral FPV 27 February 2012 Premier Oil picks Wood Group PSN as service partner for Balmoral FPV Wood Group PSN has been awarded a major North Sea contract by Premier Oil to deliver integrated operations and maintenance support services to the Balmoral floating production vessel (FPV). The contract, estimated to be worth in the order of £250 million, will see Wood Group PSN provide managed onshore and offshore operations and maintenance services including management of selected procurement and logistics support to the Balmoral. The semi-submersible production vessel is situated 122 miles North East of Aberdeen and services six fields namely, Balmoral, Stirling, Beauly, Brenda, Nicol and Burghley. The award to Wood Group PSN is a life of field work scope, currently estimated to run until 2020. Effective 1st May 2012, the contract allows Wood Group PSN to secure employment for over 70 offshore staff and create up to 15 full time onshore positions. The contract was awarded after a competitive tender process.

Prudential, the £18 billion British insurance giant, is examining plans to move its headquarters from London to Hong Kong. Tidjane Thiam, the chief executive, is understood to have ordered the review in response to tough new European regulations due to come into effect next January. Prudential, founded in London 163 years ago and Britain’s biggest insurer, is expected to admit to the review in the fine print of its annual report," reports the Sunday Times.
