The reason this SP is so low is the debt , no other reason in my opinion. Can the company with any I Q.work out what to do ,, I don’t no But they have got to get the debt problem sorted . I my self could sort it out , no problems . But best to leave it to the ones on the pay roll. Who in my opinion have not got a clue ??? One. And one is three . You no what a mean Areeeee

Seller could no something, that the small investors get to no at a latter date. Happens all the time in my opinion.

Soon as the SP makes any upward movement BANG a seller comes in to manipulate and keeps the SP down . Any one have any guesses the reason to keeping the SP this low , when we all no it should be 60 p +

Hi i took a position here this morning . The fundamentals look good and the SP very inviting . The only thing I can see stoping the SP rising is the debt . Could anyone tell me the total debt per share . Much appreciated GL

Market cap Amer £159,000 v. sdx Market cap £64,000 Both company producing approx the same . Both companies debt free I agree the market is manipulated for reasons we can only guess. There are oil companies out there with a lot of debt and not producing with market cap of 3 and 4 times of both Amer and sdx . I just don’t get it. Maybe I should have stuck in at school. G L

A lot of posters obviously don’t no how the system works . Let me very quickly explain. The big holders of the company shares sell shares to drive the sp down this is done to make it tempting for bargain hunters to come in to take the company over the sp might be for example 32p and the offer price 74p BANG a 20% holding is then huge . Then of to the Pub for a pink gin Wahooo

My theory is about the manipulation of the SP . The large holders of the shares are unable to regularly sell large amounts of shares as this would force down the share price . So my conclusion is they constantly trickle sell to keep the SP down . This in turn makes the company vulnerable to a take over and there large 20% stake gets them a 2 or 3 hundred % on a successful takeover . Only my conclusion.

Remember my calculations . We have to stay above 43.5p for three consecutive trading days to be on our way out of the downward channel .Fingers and toes crossed.

On looking at the charts my conclusion is we would have to close at or above 43.5p for three consecutive days for SDX to be on its way out of the downward channel, Anyone any thoughts on this.

Look at the charts of SQZ of what can happen to the SP if a deal with BP is done . A similar deal was done with SQZ.

The sensible thing to do for the long termers is keep your shares in the bottom draw and believe in the company. The fondamentals look 100% .My belief is we will come good . But please invest on your own research. Only my opinion

A management buy out , or a hostile bid of 75p a share would value the company around 160 million. Wouldn’t take long to recoupe the 160 million with the ever increasing income . JUST FOOD FOR THOUGHT Merry Christmas

Here’s a thought for you SDX will have on average one million dollars a weak coming in next year . So if they didnt do any drilling for 18 months they will have more cash in the bank than there present market cap value of 70 odd million Merry Xmas
