Your 13.5p has been hit. Not sure how you got that level but chart looks horrible suggesting more downside.

For a gold miner to be trading at just 3x forward earnings is already insane. Very little debt also. Some skullduggery going on here.

Mintails is scoped to produce 50,000 to 60,000 ounces of gold a year at an all in sustaining cost of $1,000/oz – a full $200/oz cheaper than Pan African’s current average AISC. At the current gold price, it will pay for itself in three years.

The company is hoping to catch up in the second half of its financial year in order to meet guidance of 195,000 to 205,000 oz, an effort that – if achieved – would match 2022 financial’s record output. And once developed, Mintails will boost production a further one quarter.

That puts shares at the current SP of just 4x earnings!
That is super cheap, SP should be at least 10x earnings = 40p.

Why would they be happy with this share price?
If they take it back private perhaps but otherwise no.
