Nope can not see this happening. Their market caps are almost the same and M&G could even be greater after the surge on opening tomorrow.

Based on his past history a 30% premium is pretty much nailed on.

7x earnings gives a target of 21-22p which is still low but given SA seems half reasonable.

400M R/ZAR at current rates is a mere £18M (6% of current £300M market cap)
