With production cost in the $600's and gold around $1200 why is this just going one way - down?? SP at 30p now; 6 year low and the last time I checked we were not in a recession?

Fear this is a mere formality despite PI's grievances. Scary thing is their 'modest premium' may already have been reached today with the 10% rise. Can't see any reason to buy any more then or averaging down. ENRC SP actually went in reverse when taken private.

should not be allowed but there you go. The risk of investing in supposed 'high-growth'/emerging market companies. The fall here has been particularly spectular however. Even a £1 SP was deemed terrible but is likely to be far greater than the offer price.
