Morning folks, 1st time poster on this board.
Been in and out of GGP since Feb when I first bought in at 3.29. Not currently holding at the minute and what happens....! Anyway, I sold my holdings a few weeks ago, the latest RNS came out (can't remember what) and the regulars on here were expecting a good rise but the price actually dropped a fair bit and I could not understand it. Is this likely to happen again on the next update week commencing 8th June?

Not sure why we’ve had a 5% dip here this morning and as per usual I topped up before the drop!
Anyway, I believe the latest PMI info is out on Monday, any opinions on what we can expect to see?

Slow and steady is good for me also. Been in TW, PSN & BDEV for a few years now, am tied up with holding for the highs in TW & PSN back in Feb, 230 and around 32 ish for PSN. Bought a few more on the dips this week.
I was made redundant from a construction company that went under in Feb (not Covid related) so if I can make a few beer tokens in the meantime I'll be a happy boy.
Bamps, I will have a look at property as you have mentioned, thanks, I did think that REIT's had taken a beating some time ago and were to be avoided?
Also got an eye on ODX but my have missed the boat there.

I'm still trying to get to grips with the wild swings with GGP & NCYT both being on AIM, compete contrast to say, TW which has plodded along steadily today. Something I still don't understand yet but I am attempting to educate myself on these matters although it can be quite daunting at times.
I always read yours and the other regular contributors posts with interest, keep up the good work.

Hello folks. Thanks for the previous replies.
I definitely need to look at switching. I tried to buy GGP this morning on a dip via IG. I tried to put the order through but got the message 'no trades available at this time'
Is this a common thing if a share is popular with a lot of trades being made a the same time?
Also, IG are showing me GGP currently at 7.69, where as Goole & Yahoo are showing 8.20!!!
Why the big difference?

Morning folks, can you of you knowledgeable chaps educate me on which trading platform you use please? I tried to buy a few TW this morning via IG, got the 'order filled' message but the trade didn't go through. Managed get though to them on the phone only to get some nonsense about Wall Street suspensions but no actual explanation as to where my trade went. Also Halifax has been unreliable this morning and yesterday.
Apologies for the waffle, am looking for some top tips please.
Am a regular reader of the great info on this board, currently in TW,PSN,GGP,NCYT.

Hi folks, its been a long while since my last post on here. At the minute I'm not holding any builders, big mistake after I've watched them fly recently!What do we think may happen on Friday 31st Jan, will there be a swing either way or will builders be unaffected?Your thoughts and opinions please.Thanks.

I too am very surprised to see the drop over the last few days. Does anyone have a view on what will happen when the 2017 results come out on the 28th Feb? Thanks.
