About time the EPL was ridiculed by the company, although smirky and no balls hunt will take no notice.

A few posters have envisaged a drop or a complete cancellation of the dividend on here, for two reasons I'm not too sure...1/ mercuria will benefit ...2/ after a dividend payout the SP falls which again would suit mercuria as in less than 6 months time they can aquire SQZ for a sh** offer.

I offloaded around 80% of shares at £4 , more luck than savvy investing I may add as I bought back a small amount at £4:10 before theEPL came in, my point being the regulating authorities and today's government have failed investors miserably on aim lse, if mercuria have intentionally brought down the SP for their own gain then imo if this was in the U.S. a custodial sentence would suffice. i also have not reinvested my divi in serica for 3 reasons.

1/ the epl on u.k. oil & gas comp.

2/ the scratch my back i'll scratch yours tailwind acquisition.

3/ no sizeable skin in the game with the current bods.

i've invested my last 2 serica dividends with e&p comp abroad where the tax incentives are excellent, hopefully might get as rich as you mommur lol.

p.s. just to contradict my ****ging of the serica board can the tax losses from the tailwind deal be used up on the one go... genuine question for the more experienced folk on here. probably still hold here to next finals. gla.
