Here's what is says in English (Part 1)
ORDERS: Admits the request made by the debtor SC VBP SA, for the opening of the general insolvency procedure, and, consequently: Pursuant to art. 71 para. 1 of Law no. 85/2014 regarding insolvency prevention and insolvency procedures, orders the opening of general insolvency proceedings against the debtor SC VBPSA. Pursuant to art. 66 para. 6 of Law no. 85/2014, the demands of the creditors of SC C SRL Beiuş and VR Plc – a company registered in Great Britain, against the debtor SC VBP SA, become Statements of debt, with the application of art. 66 para. 8 of Law no. 85/2014. Pursuant to art. 45 paragraph 1 letter d) and art. 73 of Law no. 85/2014 on insolvency prevention and insolvency procedures: Appoints the insolvency practitioner TRUE IPURL as provisional judicial administrator, who will fulfill the duties provided by art. 58 of the law. Establishes a provisional fee for the judicial administrator in the amount of 1,000 lei/month until the first meeting of creditors. Pursuant to art. 99 para. 1 related to art. 71 paragraph 2 and art. 100 of Law no. 85/2014, Disposes of the notification of the opening of the procedure to the debtor, creditors and the Office of the Trade Registry attached to the Maramureş Court, the Register of agricultural societies / the Register of associations and foundations / other registers, through the Bulletin of Insolvency Procedures, in order to carry out the mention under art. 99 of Law 85/2014, to the courts in whose jurisdiction is the headquarters declared at the trade register, as well as to all banks where the debtor has open accounts. It sets the following deadlines: - for the submission by creditors of the oppositions at the conclusion of the opening of the procedure, it is 10 days from the notification; - for filing claims on 22.07.2024; - for the verification of receivables, the preparation, display and communication of the preliminary table of receivables on 12.08.2024. Appeals will be submitted to the court within 7 days from the publication of the preliminary table in the Insolvency Procedures Bulletin. - the date of the creditors' meeting on 19.08.2024, at the headquarters of the provisional judicial administrator appointed and convened by the debtor's creditors; - for the preparation and display of the definitive table of receivables on 09/06/2024. Orders the sending of notifications to all creditors of the debtor, by the appointed provisional judicial administrator.....
