You're wrong on this one I am afraid. CPP never said there was no value in their shares. RSM Tenon have distinctly said there is little or no value in these shares. Therefore, you are likely to lose the lot.

Any reason for this rise today? I saw that equity was announced that it would be issued this morning in a RNS.

If there is no RNS issued saying no reason for the rise, then this will go up again tomorrow. I had to get out tonight though just incase.
