I have to politely disagree. It isn't great news for shareholders. You're right that the consolidation if it was just that doesn't make a difference, but the placing at 11p does. If you divide 11p by 38 shares you get in the new company that equates to a price under the present system of .289p. If you hold this long term, then you might get a very good deal, but for short termers it isn't.

According to the ADVFN board, it has reversed into a Terra Energy company called Fastnet Oil and Gas which will be run by some directors of Cove Energy. An announcement for re admission and an admission document is due within the next few working days when I called SGG last week.

Saud the guy who posted the rumour on ADVFN is well known for posting rubbish.

This should be due a relisting this week.

I spoke with SGG just after the suspension and they told me the target date for relisting is this week.
