Based on Hard Rock Consulting comments I would not be surprised to see $5m fund raise by placing. The BoD are genuine about not diluting so I believe the SP will climb higher to meet the funding price. 5,000,000 shares at 75p would be OK for me !

I have had a look at some numbers for the PEA based on figures and quantities as advised by Hard Rock Consulting. It is all guess work and assumes all resource is mined:

Mr Negative your posts are spot on. Ryan McDermott is actually on video confirming they know what they have and the PEA will be issued mid to late November 2020. Then the excuses come rolling out. Now the deadline is in a “few weeks”. It just doesn’t sit well with me, there is just something missing. Excuses, delays, constant selling of stock. This company has a lot of work to do to restore faith and trust. $2.52bn in a starter mine and no one is investing. We are either genius or mugs !!

If we break £1.50 I can see £2+

A bit of churn through £1.31. Volume looking good. £1.40 - £1.50 next targets. Still a BUY. As always DYOR..;o))

There is only one way the value of 4d is going from here. Stage 2 recovery in play, huge investment from USA. Pipeline of therapeutics on the way. Multi billion $ markets. Undervalued v’s sector. Sector as a whole rated as a buy. Could be something brewing with takeover or partnering. Love it but DYOR ;0)

There are plenty of webinar and interviews out there. The company website and youtube are a good starting point.

RightOn as you are aware PXC have been working on a PEA and BFS for years. They have been telling investors for years that the BFS is due to be released but never actually do issue one. They have tried to get loans before and failed, still without issuing a BFS to shareholders. The idea that PXC don't know how much cash they need and how much cash they think they will turn over after all this time, I do not believe. They know exactly how much the copper production and the gold/silver production is going to cost them. $130m was mention by them previously. PXC will right now be in talks about raising the loan with lenders IMO. The lenders may even insist on further drilling and testing before committing to a loan .

Most retail investors are clueless gamblers. Just because some retail investors actually make money does not disprove the fact that markets are rigged. The fact that retail investor volume has increased with no material change in the SP is telling. Where are the professional institutional holders? I would be more excited by an increase in their holdings. I hope the institutional investors do start looking at PXC but they will need confirmation that a loan has been achieved. I believe they will be told about the loan prior to RNS...nudge nudge wink wink..;o)) all IMO DYOR !

252,000 tonnes of Cu equivalent metal at a forward looking average of $10,000 per Cu tonne. If they cannot raise $100m against that then there is something fundamentally wrong with this whole project that we are not being told.

....as frustrating as it is to watch the SP stuck at 40p whilst knowing the huge value of the mine, I don't think more marketing by PXC is going to make any difference. The idea of the stock markets is not to make retail mugs like us money, its about creating wealth for the professionals and they control the market. It is rigged.

The SP is being held back to let the Pro's in before good PEA news breaks. You can see technically it is primed to break out, but as soon as it looks good from a chart perspective the MM feeds in the sells to make sure the resistance isn't broken and buy signals are not achieved.

Unless there is a leak, the SP will move sideways until 1st week of 2021. We will know if the PEA is good news by the volume traded. If we do beak out from this range it will move up very quickly IMO. DYOR.

The board have said publicly that dilution is not the way they want to go. They do not want to be "that company" that punishes early investors. Martin Hughes owns 16.6% and is Marcus Edwards-Jones mate. I think there will be some dilution to get through BFS stage and continue exploration/testing work but the bulk of the Empire construction cost will be loan. IF they can get a loan that is. $2.5billion resource set against a $100m or so loan doesn't look too bad though does it ! You would imagine a loan should be do-able so the risk reward at this stage is there.

If they do get the cash that unlocks the value in the whole site, resources become reserves. Red Star, Navarre Creek, deep sulphides etc etc reserves could be HUGE.

Just my opinion DYOR.

I think one thing is certain. If PXC raise the money required for site construction via an offtake loan the SP will multiply very quickly!!
