not sure that is enough fro my vote. 15% of potential 112,000,000 barrels of oil in SC54A at $10 per barrel (in the ground) gives ~£100m. Not too shabby...;o)))) if successful and produced at say 15,000 barrels per day gives what annual income to Wessex of £20m??

Will Milroy make an offer for the company??

Well I just ask myself why are Cochran and Milroy so keen to take control of Wessex? If this company is a no hoper why are they desperate for control? IMO because they see and investment opportunity to make lots of profit from. If Cochran is only taking 25% that's £1.75m in exchange for this asset but he brings $1m cash with him. Drilling costs are covered. Milroy needs to counter this now, I guess all he can do is buy more of the company?

No mention of how much oil is being targeted. Still can't put a value on it. With Cochran only wanting 25% though he is confident the SP is going to rise. Not too sure about this deal over to you Milroy

Surely that will only happen if the Company becomes over valued. What is WSX value? I would have thought 2p or £15m? This new Cochran deal could be worth far more than that. Can't see a retrace from 1p but time will tell.

Could be 2 next week one from each side. Clarification of Cochran deal from BoD's and Milroy to up his stakes. That's my guess .

I would have thought good for the sp near and long term. Both parties are offering growth for WSX. May be wrong but just IMO. See what others think ???

If The BoD's offer to give too much of the company away to Cochran the deal simply won't get voted for by shareholders. This deal has got to be a sweetener to get Cochran on board. If no info is forthcoming from BoD's then we take Milroy's offer. Milroy's needs to up his game next week. Can't wait !!

Hopefully more detail on the deal with Cochran. How much is this new Philippine asset worth? How much of the company is being given away to get it. 2p/sh looks a good short term target £14m market cap. One look at Cochrans cv though and it looks like WSX will be valued a lot higher than that in the future.

I would guess £5-15m? In its current form. Depends what value you give Guyane Cochran factor blows that figure out of the water though IMO. He will bring new assets with him and other directors. Look at Salamander and Coastal.

This asset we share with GBP could do well. Madagascar oil are already producing oil very close by. Only problem GBP are ****e and progress could be very slow.
