If this goes tits up, do you think there will be shareholder lawsuits? Things stated by company on Telegram and on videos etc etc. Plus certain shareholders close to the BoD making statements to ramp the SP. Could get nasty ?!?!

Yeah that's a bit OTT. Ryan is doing a fantastic job on the ground. The mine will get built and producing. There has been no bad news. The UK directors appear to be set on SP destruction for some reason with the finance RNS fiasco. There is now a clear gap in news flow and traders are getting out. They will be back in. We are on the brink of the end game IMO. I'm holding finance could drop any time.

I would image there is going to be very intense tyre kicking given the sums of money involved. That's a good sign for me if it is true.

Yeah Ryan is doing things properly no corner cutting. They have further information to present to financiers. Ryan is at a point now where he needs money to buy stuff. Richard Wilkins said the cash will be ready for when Ryan needs it so we shall have to see. Still looking good, at least no bad news !!

Yeah that is the blind hope here isn't it. Finance is all under control and part of a bigger picture. Who knows. I'm not selling yet i'm going to see how this plays out. They need 1x signature but its the signature that matters.

Its just getting silly now. They need to get on a flight documents in hand, deliver to signatory and get them to sign there and then, if they won't just walk away and move on !

What is being alluded to is that they are raising cash not just for Empire but maybe another asset purchase. Time will tell but if it is true we are going to massive re-rate when the RNS lands.

So when they were all in Mackay they all signed the paper work. Wheels are in motion just needs processing and cash transfer?

Why would they make themselves look like such numpties though? Just to kick the can down the road by two weeks. There must be a deal on the table surely. You can see the way they are approaching the development of these assets they know their stuff. They are not incompetent in a mining sense. Its just this finance calamity that is taking the edge off.
