I do agree ITD/Stanley. You have to believe its all in hand and shareholders aren't just being played for fools. Its clearly a complex process and things are in play we don't yet know about. Its just frustrating not knowing and a SP of 11p FFS. The commodity bull run is about to kick in with China making some positive moves in their financial markets. When the SP is back at 80p/sh we can relax a bit...lol

Well you wouldn't buy mining kit unless you were confident about the PFS numbers being good, would you? unless this is just a bluff to get some cash in the bank? I suppose there could be a con where someone like Martin is given the cash to invest but why do that to lose the money, unless short sell? Dunno.

Look forward to your thoughts Jeffery. I too believe PXC will come good, they have just hit what I hope is a bump in the road that they thought was too good to avoid. You have to just trust that as we don't know all the facts. Martin investing further money and not selling is a good sign. PM's are looking strong for us and copper set to climb higher. The bonds do look like being very close to being sorted. Buying this kit may get us to production quicker so the long term benefits outweigh short term SP losses. We need better direct comms from the company which hopefully comes once bonds finalised.

I think the Telegram group has lost its way. The SP is 11.5p so someone from PXC needs holding to account for that its PXC that has caused the SP crash. On face value it looks like Ryan is doing a fantastic job on site putting the mine together. The UK directors will be defined by finance delivery. I don't get a huge amount of confidence from Donald P but what more can he do? I don't see what he adds to the company now. He is trying to boost the company profile and spin positive rampy info but after the fund raise at 11.5p his work has been completely undone. Self inflicted destruction of company value is a hard sell !!

We just need a bit of traction and the SP should recover soon enough. Martin Hughes buying more shares is a positive move for us. Although he is wealthy he is not going to throw away £300k on a dead duck. Market cap £14m so some way to go to the $1bn company sold to us !! PM's looking strong. What a shame financial mis-management has crippled the company value. Offering shares to retail investors at 11.5p is just the icing on the shame cake.

The bond issue is on track and mine construction finance will happen. The money raised from bonds includes enough cash to include a separate asset purchase. Investors in Idaho recently doing DD. The relevant documentation relating to the creation of the bonds has now been finalised, the bond security has been recorded with the Custer County Recorder in Challis, Idaho, and the bonds have been deposited with the settlement agent.

We do not yet know the bigger picture of what PXC are developing. The purchase of this equipment will be large $ CAPEX saving to add into the bottom line. We all live happily ever after.

I see thanks Trek. So the cash raise was done very quickly. So the placing price was determined by the bidders (investment banks). The finance raising has just destroyed my confidence in the UK BoD they just appear to be fking things up. Hiding behind , "we can't say much as closed period". Smoke and mirrors. They were talking about buying this kit weeks ago.

If the BoD hadn't issued the two weeks extension, signature about to sign on bonds fiasco then the SP would of been higher. You can't blame investors for this fk up.

You would think the potential bond holders would be buying in at this price or someone make a bid for the company. Placing I have no problem with its the placing price that has gutted me 11.5p Jesus.

5th march 2021 placing at 35p ……26th Jan 2024 placing at 11.5p?….WTF? How do you spend all that cash and devalue a company?
