What do you make of RRE share buy back tender offer? The BoD look determined to see the SP higher and appear to be as frustrated as PI's as to why the company value is so low. Spending £17m is quite a pro-active move and shows intent. A fairer value for RRE would ease some doubts about HALO value on re-list...;o))

Yep I would agree there. Keep the cash for a rainy day or asset purchase. Use it for development projects so no dilution.

Looks like the tide might be turning here at last. Generating cash and news due soon on FID for Blake and Ross. With reserve upgrade this qtr SP should jump higher. £10/sh by XMAS would be nice !!…;o)))

I have no clue Older i wont complain if we get a m/c of £80m though !!. Something is holding this back. Maybe its the life left in these assets. New exploration and development should perk it up a bit.

You would think a m/c of £150-200m would be more appropriate based on 11,000 boepd. Looks like a lot of patience is required with this one !! ...;o))

All these north sea assets have decommissioning costs, in fact all O&G drills have decommissioning costs don't they? You can't just abandon them. RRE have been maybe too honest and should have hidden the costs like the others do !

Depends on news obs but on news we could see a 20% jump. £1.2 - £1.5 looks imminent. Exciting times.

Yes 19.25% of the post-completion share capital needs further explanation. No mention of issuing new shares/dilution.

HALO may seek farm in to assist in CAPEX to fund production development. All this work is going to cost £millions. Further money raising may be needed.

I thought 2019 was going to be a bumper year for HALO based on Tullow 101 improved economics but now we could have several drills to look forward to including Dutch E block. 15-20,000 boepd is absolutely possible in a couple of years. Plus what ever else HALO gobbles up. £300m market cap +++++ dream time.

Cheers Ghost. 2019 should be a bumper year for HALO. I am much happier HALO being de-listed until we have a firmer footing. Yesterday update minus the acquisition would have been a grim day for the share price IMO. I would much sooner know exactly how much HALO is worth when it is re-listed. My nerves can't take any large price swings...;o)) !!

Has anyone received a reply from their broker regarding shares bought in an ISA account returning into the ISA account? My shares were moved to a standard trading account as the company has no listing it doesn't qualify for ISA.
