A year ago today the SP was £1.29 that's a 488% rise. There are some holders who have made there profits and are now unloading. It will not re-rate again over night and it may take some news like a CPR confirming reserves. If RRE have 50m BOE in reserves that would be valued at about £350m.
- GCA estimates Faroe's 2P Reserves as at 30 September 2018 to be c.102mmboe - Faroe's oil and gas assets reflecting current market oil pricing is in the range of US$879m - US$1,076m
Based on reserves RRE valuation must be around £350m assuming 50m + P2 reserves.
RRE currently valued at £68m. I don't know what un-restricted cash they currently have. In Sept it was £43m. Currently producing 11,000 boepd which is set to increase by about 6,000 boepd. De-commission cost are likely to fall dramatically over the coming years with added competition for the work. Reserves update due soon.
It don't look too bad an investment at this level !!..;o)))
Crazy to sell now unless you absolutely have to. M/C close to cash position. Clearing the institutional seller could be good in the long term. If it gets lower I think the company will deffo buy more shares and cancel them.
