Just took a call off SPICE, they brought the report forward, thats when the last tanking came out on the SP, might be getting a call from SPICE's F.D later today. Wolfies down 5% on a non CFD or T10 . . . just cold fold ;-(

P'B good defense of SP on data regarding BLND whilst the interest rates stay this low, comm and private prop' sector will stay steady. This share looks great for long term. Mostly responds on the back of Liberty INT though. Red A' s point about shorting makes sense in normal times, we're all having to adjust our thinking pattern. Lots of comm' property is still being sucked up by the big corps, daily. When liquid injections stop or more than likely run down, rates rise. Start shorting. Build a shelter in your garden or run to the hills, Laugh out loud.
