I've been "involved" in a number of consolidations they always result in PI's in the short term losing money. this may be different in that the Company's are married and it is a logical step forward - what I don't understand is where does the american leg of mwg figure in this.
this sp may go to the giddy heights that many tout but after a consolidation - how about 100 to 1
today's price is proof of the pudding sweetie.
It has always surprised me how many genuine followers of sareum are continually misled by the professional rampers whose names change over the years but whose method of ramping is always "blind them with science". At .92 I advised take your money while you can, this is going down because sareum have missed the boat - even a Sunday rag is warning that the increase in activity on AIM in small bio shares is startling and totally based on rumour and false speculation - they actually name a few who have seen increased activity in the thousand percent. Ah well each to his/her own.
does anyone have info on the funding application, whether or not they have applied.
re: massive buys
as I said the prices are in Nor Krona - currently 12.6 Nk to £1 sterling
As I understand it the Company has dual ownership Norwegan/UK. The prices are in Norwegan Krona. Quoted on London stock market and on Nas dek which is why price movement is absent.
As I'm feeling generous I'll give you one : Bergenbio
there are too many alternative treatments in advanced stages for this sp to go anywhere but down. Sad as it may be sareum have missed the boat for the time being.
Where in the report is the income from Tuzistra sales specifically mentioned?
ok so there has been two occasions in the past four years when this sp took off: June 2013 and November 2014 the salient point is that neither of these were as a result of permanent value being added to the company through substantial growth of the business and therefore the rise disappeared. Higgy P - companies can, with approval, reissue shares and decrease your stock holding by multiples of 10,20 50 - whatever the board want to do.In my experience Aim companies seem to prefer 50 (old shares) to 1 (new). CRND have done this once while I have held stock.
As I recall the share price went to 40p because of a 50 to 1 consolidation the day before this event the price was around 1.4 p The maths are simple everybody lost at least 20p per share and the pprice of 40p lasted a few hours veryquickly landing at around 20p
thanks for your response.
anyone aware of the reason for the dip in sp?
The only employers who do not have a pension deficit are the bankers. The companies who have a plan to remove the deficit over time are the ones who are in front of the game. Pension deficits are calculated at the end of the financial year when an audit of pension accounts is conducted and based on the principle that all of the scheme members retire on that year end date so that all the pensions accrued to that date are immediatley payable; of course this would never happen in real life. It is a calculation required by european law and has no bearing on the viability of of a profitable ongoing business.
I'm guessing they outsourced their logistics activity and that caused the problem, anyone know for sure ?
thanks for the info.
Agree about shorters but also the second quarter results are out next week does someone have a sniff of something bad ?
Does anyone know when the marketing campaign for the american cold remedy will begin ?
