I would have happily voted in favour of a large fundraise complete the deal.

Surely thats what should have been a priority for lunn.

Why has Lunn not spent the previous year working on renewing the expired licences in texas and concentrate on starting drilling again...thats where the value and money is.....he could have negotiated all this and then put it to the vote as to how much it would cost and how much dilution was needed.

That seems to be not relevant anymore and has decided to go off and do something totally different that nobody understands.....except new uncle and his sidekick hepran.

I hope Lunn ends up with nothing!!

He has done nothing to increase shareholder value or get this back trading in short order.

All his energy for the past year gave been spent on self interests.
