The going concern point is a standard paragraph which all Auditors/accountants are obliged to report, although these were interim results and not audited. Nevertheless Auditors have been told to tighten up their reporting controls following disastrous recent large company failings. The directors counter this with the paragraph following that one, as is the case on most occasions. I see this flagged up on numerous boards, posters jumping on the bandwagon that the company may not be able to raise funds etc etc, standard jargon nowadays if you look at other examples.
The sp has been suppressed for the past 6 months my friend, therefore whilst it would be nice to be looking at a raise where the sp was 0.25p or above or higher, I see no problem with where we are and what we have going on. The last raise was at 0.08p and raised £625K so whilst dilutrion is a concern, as it is with all small miners, we will have to raise at whatever price the market agrees to.
Your point regarding revenue is something he is focussed on, look at the new JV! that is where any revenue will come from in the short term.

Some extracts from the recent RNS from Caerus (Off the Caerus site) regarding our involvement in the project, good to reiterate the good points here at the moment rather than the negative ones. Took a leaf out of someone's book?? lol
Highlights

· Exclusive Option Agreement grants Bezant 18 months to assess the merits and economic prospects of all Caerus unexploited hard rock mining assets.

· The Agreement allows Bezant to identify one or more of Caerus' assets to be converted into a Mine Development Project(s) under a Joint Venture

· Under any Joint Venture, Bezant has the responsibility to lead the design, finance, construction and operation phases of an open-pit or underground mining operation

· Under the Agreement, Caerus will receive 70% of Joint Venture cash flow until Caerus' expenditure during the pre-mining exploration phase has been reimbursed

· The Agreement complements the existing programme with Jubilee Metals Group, which covers metal recovery from surface mining residues within Caerus' licence areas under the Company's waste to revenue strategy

Strategy and Assets

Bezant is an AIM quoted company with a track record of building significant value in projects from highly cost-effective work programmes - most recently in Zambia and Namibia. Under the Option Agreement announced today, Caerus will advance its exploration programme on development targets identified jointly with Bezant and prioritise those sites with hard rock resources capable of supporting commercial-scale open pit or underground mining operations.

Now reading the above you would hardly believe I am talking about the same operation as some others!!! and more importantly someone in charge of another aim company believes me and many others here!! note the track record bit!!
Now you take your pick, do you take the words of people with many years experience in these mining expeditions or take advice from someone with an apparent axe to grind, talking absolute nonsense! not an easy choice is it?
Colin, an update of this JV would be very useful, but, obviously only if there is something constructive to add.
I for one am quite excited about this venture so lets see where we are in a few months time.

As I say, N4 needs promotional material and constant updates, once that happens then I believe the sp will be multiple of today's. Its all about patience, biotech's are renowned for one thing, it takes a hell of a long time to prove up products. That is fact!

Sight, agreed, this is why I want the board to focus on advertising what it is we have, get some information out into the investors sheets, leading to reports in the main media outlets, even small snippets in something lije the MOS will help here.

Unbelievably muted response to yesterday's news initially spiking, the sp ended flat, something which is now becoming a trend here at N4.
Solution I think Nigel needs to get out and promote this as much as possible, I have yet to see any mention of N4 in any of the major papers, or a piece on the company in the financial or share write up 's.
It is beyond doubt that something is brewing here but the market reaction is "nothing"!!!
I know pharma's are are long haul, everyone I've been involved in has been, but, N4 has yet to make any sort of impression on the market.
So I conclude we need promotional material here which means the Directors getting out there and promoting just what we have.
I still hold here and will continue to do so having been in for over 12 months, could be 18 !!!! without so much as one sustainable rise!!!!!

Just got round to watching the latest CB interview primarily regarding Xtract. Interesting to know that he's having difficulty with selling their major project to the market, also, interesting to note how restrictive RNS releases can be to these type of small miners.
The real interest obviously for me was him naming Bezant as his other favoured company, that was very very interesting.
You have to therefore question why?
I believe CB is genuinely excited with various results and prospects at Bezant, tempered recently with neutral newsglow especially the initial results from the one project. I suspect those will eventually be upgraded.
Now we look forward to news from the new JV and hopefully news on the ASX listing involving Mankayan.
I have to conclude that the market for these small miners is certainly in the doldrums at the minute, but, the revival will start at some point driven by a rise in mineral prices so we should be looking at a bullish market in the not too distant future.

I'm expecting an update on the new JV shortly, which hopefully will help the sp.

There will be a raise here at some point I'm sure, so it would be ideal to get our sp moving upwards!! before that will be required.

Me also thinks the UFO girls missed out on the spike over there, from 0.075 to over 3p and of course back down again. Did they get Spiked??? Probably!!!

I do not believe we were misinformed, that would be a breach of regulatory news and if we're the case would now being investigated. The initial results have now been evaluated and now the company is doing more research and evaluations.
It's a process that will continue.
I agree with Lupi, news flows required yo turn the tide, so over to CB to do just that.

There are unfortunately a lot of people sitting on losses with many Turkeys on AIM, its the nature of the game.
Look we have had two fairly neutral rns' although I believe the Mankayan one was positive but again we will now have to wait. The last rns was continued research by the company into the recent drill and results, yes it was a lower forecast than the initial results but still positive. It wasn't as if " that's it chaps, nothing there, let's forget about that one".
So the rule is do not sell at a huge loss, hold or buy to average down if you still believe in your initial research and reason for buying in.
Remember bzt have numerous projects here added to which I am expecting news on the Caerus venture shortly, so as someone said only one has to come off in a big way and the sp will be multiples of what it is now.
