M/C way too low at the minute, I expected us to be trading in the 0.020's this month easily with what is going on, remember still no added value here for Caerus JV so far, that has got to be worth a few percentage points and once Mankayan news hits, as I say, think of a figure? depends then of course on our value at the IPO!!

"Mankayan Project Update: Further to the Company's announcement on 13 September 2021 the Company has completed its conditional agreement with IDM Mankayan Pty Ltd ("IDM"), a company incorporated in Australia, to take the Mankayan Project in the Philippines forward (the "IDM Agreement") and now owns 27.5% of IDM with the remaining 72.5% owned by established investors in the mining sector. You are absolutely correct, the market has us priced up to fail in almost every project right now, thats about 6 or 7!!!

Once the Mankayan licence news drops this will fly, maybe into the 0.30's easily. Once the IDM float details emerge, then, well think of a number.

Just looking at the most recent listing in respect of the MPSA at Mankayan, the extensioN request was lodged on 4 May 2021!!

The licence ran out on 11 November 2021 and was granted a temprary extension on the 12 November 2021.

Therefore I believe we should be hearing something regarding the application for the licence extension for a further 25yrs very very soon.

Well I have to say anyone listening to that will look beyond the fall today and ignore it.

Multiple project company, with a theme running throughout of Copper/Gold, throw in a little magnetise for good measure and away you go. As some of us have been banging on for some time, it will only take one of these projects to take off one day, that day cannot be far away.

What was it that was intimated, potentially a £160M company!!! I think that was based on the Cyprus venture alone!! Add to that Mankayan and Hope for starters and you will easily see the potential here.

Once the realisation of where our £600K is going and the potential is can unlock, I believe the market will wake up.

CB is definitely driving forward Bezant this year, I can hear it in his voice, he is excited by what he may achieve here.

What an absolute bargain at the minute, £7.5M valuation is, a steal at these current prices.

I get it, but quite honestly the market doesn't.

I therefore think as the cow! relates to future earnings, and we do not own the asset, this is reason we keep receiving a muted response from the market.

Something to look forward to as the mine operation begins to ramp up, I think once this occurs then we will see a reaction in our sp.

I think I've answered my own point.

Is it the fact that BZT are stumping up the thick end of £600K in this JV, but, crucially we do not own any of the asset?? ie we are putting in money for something that is non reflective on our balance sheet.
We are stumping up the cash for a income stream return in some 12- 18 months time!!

So, I now have changed my mind, no further RNS's required re Caerus, unless, these specifically relate to details of income streams together with timetables.

I think Mankayan and Hope will see us move up significantly here, the JV, will not see any positives to the sp for some time.

I'm losing the plot here, Caerus up again!!! BZT down on both platforms, down on the alternative platform 6.45% with only 157K in shares sold, £236 in value??? is this a **** take?

Question, how can two companies issue the same RNS's the one has two increases in sp the other is down? Anyone?

Totally mystifies me I must say, CB needs to get out and about banging the drum again to get this moving.

Agreed, Hope and Cyprus will do for starters.
I can't see a better stock for 2022 at the current sp and MV.
I can see this heading towards. 0.30 sooner rather than later.

It seemed to have a bit of an impact yesterday over at Caerus!!!

I believe the details should be released here as well, I think they will be at some point.

Excellent find, this is what I alluded to earlier, the original was covering the actions up to 31 December 2021, we were at No 30, this is the updated version and definately sees some movement which is excellent news.
Its all being passed to IDM Mankayan, who will then list with this one asset on the Australian ASX market, hence valuing our asset.
From memory BZT will hold a 27.5% interest in the asset and listing.
All good news and I'm 100% sure it will be renewed.

I note that the link I put on here for the Philipines MHSA approval lists has now expired, this is either because it is being updated or there is a new link for 2022. I think the one I found covered the Q4 for 2020/2021.

Sorry, forgot to say I did hear them refer to Colin as not needing the money, stepping down from Jubilee, to concentrate on his small cap stocks as he was aiming to deliver shareholder value in those companies.
