Also, being in hi tech engineering could mean absolutely anything at all. And has absolutely zero link to Avacta whatsoever does it. So it puts your experience to knowledge ratio at zero.

As our “Timmy” likes to say…. The insiders….. who are actually insiders this time, know there’s no plan for a fundraise this year or next. It’s literally right there. No dilution. And when we get a license deal for AVA3996 then we’ll be laughing.

Head down to “financing cash flow” and then to “proceeds from equity”. Now it says there £0 in 2022 and £0 from 2023. Now look down to “increase in loans” also in the in the “financing cash flow” subsection. It says there £0 for the years 2019-2022 then £20million in 2023. I’m guessing this is an avenue outside of a license deal Avacta are looking at and based on Trinity Delta being Avactas broker I’d say that completely puts the fundraise talk to bed? Bish bash bosh, goodnight TW and chums?

Was? Is it complete? Results a lot sooner than we expect?

Derek. It’s not a regurgitation of anything though is it. It’s an analysis of where we are and while you and your chums focus on the financials, it’s undeniable that the future for Avacta is worth tens of billions and is very bright and the argument for that have been highlighted in JTs brilliant analysis. If the results are what we hope for then everyone invested will make an awful lot of money (relative to investment size obviously) and a lot of lives will be saved. It is a dream scenario that may actually come true. I don’t know what you bring to the board Derek. And if you hate people talking about readily available information about Avacta then this ain’t the place for you. So off you go Derek. Don’t come back.

I’m saying 16,736 @99.65 as it appeared at 16:31 on the offer.

And therefore any funds raised through said deal would be used to bring 6000 through trials, etc.

Am I correct in assuming a license deal for 3996 would be similar to some of our other deals with LG/Daewoong/point in that we would bare none of the costs of brining it through trials and to market? Otherwise….. why license it out. Correct?
