Almost all traders lose money. So you’d likely be broke Bein. News could have landed the last 2 weeks in the form of a license deal or data and you could be locked out. It’s Russian roulette when news is constantly close.
Let the traders trade but engaging with them is futile. We’re all guilty of it. The sooner it ends the better the board will be.

Thing is Bein if people are shocked that a convertible bond that’s massively in profit is being converted and sold then it shows most don’t understand how bonds or bond funds work. They’re up well over 50%. That is great money for them. I said at their first quarterly payment that they’ll likely sell for a profit. They’re not an II in the cut of Miton or sequoia, they’re here to provide what is essentially a loan. I noted on our annual report that loans stood at 0 and it was possibly a route they would go down. Obviously I was ignored and then the convertible bond appeared. Obviously it’s not the same as a loan but it’s borrowed money however you want to cut it as it needs to be paid back somehow, in shares or cash at Avactas discretion. Along the way all here will sell, be it sooner or later or at TO if that happens. It’s entirely the holders choice. But what I will say is there isn’t a discernible level of panic here, just an annoyance at the FUDing because it simply ruins the board. If you look at the size of a lot of the trades it’s clearly PI money leaving in a panic. But most posters here dont share the panic as we’re LTH. The story is unchanged from when the bond was announced. There’s 49m to go so it’ll keep happening. It’s not a death spiral but it will eat into the SP from time to time until the bond is settled. Suck it up. This is investing on AIM. Minnows who need funding until such time as they’re predicting revenue. In our case post trial or by license deals. The game is stick or trade. Simple as that.

The fact is the 49 mil left in options is a few percent of the annual dox market. Further note news can drop any time. So trade or hold. It’s nobodies business and neither is always right. So happy gambling.

Long term it makes no difference at all. So what’s your point? When we’re bought out for billions, they can keep that 49 mil. I won’t care. Nobody here does. Just you.

They’ve not finished P1a, so why would they give a result mid way through phase one, which would in no way represent the whole phase, which in itself is there to test safety, not how effective AVA6k is? They didn’t even need to take biopsies. But they did. Your post is sheer FUD.

Think it’s a case of large trades will always start a conversation. But we never get to the bottom of them and it rarely makes a difference unless it’s a short. What I will say is there was a massive increase in FUDing and disruption and suddenly….. since those trades were posted…..it’s stopped.

It doesn’t seem to matter how many buys come in or what the size is. It’s being pulled down anyway.
