Yeah patience required. It also looks like there will be a 3996 overlap with that heading into clinic early next year. I think it will really take a while to fully digest. I’d imagine the large pharmas will be reading.

I’ll be honest PL, that’s exactly what I’m doing. Have you had a look at side effects slides? Absolutely staggering. (A lot of googling words going on here I must admit though.) The side by side table makes incredible viewing in the context of concentrations of Dox in biopsies.

What I will say is I feel it’ll take IIs a long time to digest too. Hopefully they’ve really got into Alanster and the team yesterday.

I was ****ed off ealier because I’d been waiting for it all day, but only through impatience. Still now, on here and on Twitter, people clearly aren’t reading/viewing it, and simply moaning about certain posters and the company instead. It shows the level of investor here, some willing like myself and many others to at least try to understand it and read it all, some who know their onions and others who plainly don’t even try. Most are the latter based on the current reaction.

What do you make of the fact the higher the dose of dox, generally the higher the concentration in the tumour vs plasma? It does seem to me (a layman) that increasing the dosage leads to more dox in the tumour without a similar increase in the blood? Is that about correct? So this would point towards us being nowhere near MTD yet?

Have to be honest though…..this is taking the pi55 now. Surely it’s ready to share and hopefully not edited down to an hour or some such w4nk.

IND filing for 3996 is very significant. It’s not so much a why would you order a whole tray of sandwiches for science day if it didn’t work as much as a why would you bother with an IND filing for 3996 if the pathfinding AVA6000 which uses the same tech wasn’t doing exactly what it’s meant to.

It’s a symptom of this board that the receiving the 100:1 info second is more important than being told it’s a ratio of 100:1. We now have a TA thread, people moaning about getting news second and nobody really talking about any bits of info we have recieved. See my point? I’m not saying we shouldn’t all get news at the same time, we really should, but such topics completely outshine things like 6 biopsies showing dox, 100:1 ratio, AVA3996 early pre clin info, standard of care post clinic etc. instead of talking about any of that…. It’s moaning about what we didn’t get. It give me that impression that there’s a lot of red trouser wearing, local council meetings to ban crisps from the local shop because they’re common type people on here.

I’ve noticed you’re becoming increasingly more negative BV. You aren’t in II, you don’t get special treatment. Avacta have always behaved this way and so far it’s kept our lights on. Also I can’t remember if you were NDN or MrA in your previous board life. Which was it again?
