We’re not finished with pre clin with 3996 yet are we? So I imagine it won’t be sold until there’s a complete IND filing for it to go into clinic? Sort of packaged up and ready to go if you were.

I’m sure the great (rich) and the good (other rich funds) will have someone on hand to fully explain what it all means. BP never gave anyone a shovel and a few lengths of hosepipe to the plebeians and a map of exactly where to find oil. If we don’t understand it then it’s our problem. The SP won’t be driven by PIs in the long term so wanting this handed to us on a silver platter is never going to happen. I realise this is frustrating but it’s just a fact of life.

Totally agree Bein. And it isn’t a deramp at all because what they have is incredibly valuable and to a lot of big pharmas so the potential for having our pants pulled down is low as whoever gets it has a decade long license to print money. The other option is PreCision as a whole is licensed out. There’s many options here and as you say a PI led fund raise isn’t likely. There’s something afoot. SD didn’t include any talk of how funds would be raised…. It’s a sales pitch.

Well… a license deal for 3996 is preferable but I think AVA6000 would be more appealing given it already has so much data to back it up. I can’t see us keeping it in house. I think it would be foolish. Yes it’s incredibly valuable but sometimes you need to get your house in order. Get some big funds in, and take the yearly revenue from the deal. JMO.

The fact that it was fund managers etc getting invites to the SD says to me that AS has funding on his mind. He knows it won’t be cheap. So the options really are NASDAQ, fund raise here (can’t see it so soon after the last one but maybe later in the year/early next, license deal for either AVA6000 or 3996, or a partnership for AVA6000 (Roche have been chasing the FAP dilemma… can we dream that big?). Bein is correct….. we need money….. lots and lots of money. But what we have here is worth so many billions to someone much larger than us that I think we’ll have zero problem securing funding or a license/partner. My preference would be a partnership.

It’s not going to be a news void between now and the trial end though is it. There’s C5 and 6 to look forward too. More data. AVA3996 news. TMAC etc etc etc. plenty of news to come to peak the SP.
