Raise x number of million shares to raise funds for Tx on AIM… take dilution and still be entirely on AIM and have our pants round our ankles til TO. IPO on NASDAQ, take dilution, have part of the company in a market that understands biotech. I can’t see the argument at all. Also I didn’t realise DDDD had 6 biopsies full of dox, very little in the blood and next to no side effects…… oh wait…. They don’t.

The big fund raise idea makes absolutely no sense whatsoever when they could have taken an extra £14m from PIs. No sense at all. What I wouldn’t be surprised about is an RNS soon after science day about a plan to IPO on NASDAQ as we’re better suited on there and it would fit with inviting insti’s to science day. There is no immediate need for funding at all, so explaining the science, explaining the markets, outlining a plan for NASDAQ, and allowing them to go away and make a case for themselves to invest. Just my opinion.
