Not sure given what I've learnt about AIM but what I do know is that the solid foundations that were previously laid were reinforced last week, in a big way. STAR are growing into a big company.

must be tearing their hair out. They are significant shareholders themselves and have given a positive update only to see the sp slip further downwards. They must surely see the need now to address this and a placing is not the thing to do to help the sp, as history here proves. These extensive collaborations with respected companies have yielded no large orders yet and after all our development efforts withthem I think they owe us. If money is required to fulfil a big order they should receive substantial payment upfront. If we are just gradually ramping up month on month then current sales revenue should cover this with perhaps that bank facility we have. It's time to help we beleaguered investors. People are selling up because they are just losing patience.

A couple of people have mentioned this recently. Didn't Fortune say in the past that any large holder wanting to sell should contact him? Can't see why this wouldn't happen and it would give the company shares for the JSE listing

I understand people posting items they are worried about for discussion/analysis by the wider community, we are all concerned about the money we have invested. But posting negatives to help potential investors? Mmm

If the sp was where it should be (at least double today's sp) the South African investors coming on board will still be handsomely rewarded. Fortune will know this also.

Are people starting to digest the positive rns earlier this week? The 1.28p purchase seems positive if inconsistent with the spread and later buys.

It's just a longer, slower journey than anyone thought particularly for aim investors.

Might be a bit of both. Market doesn't seem impressed with good, steady growth with potential for major gains. Feel like it's going to take a step change in sales to get the sp moving but from yesterdays rns I think we are not far away from something big happening. There's lots going on and let's face it the BOD are really only going to be well rewarded here if the sp takes off on the back of good sales.

That has perked me up on a cold Feb morning. In profit and accelerating growth. Great news.

They have given a trading update in Jan for the last 2 years, the year before one was given in Feb

Good reminder Yachty. Good reading for vrfb's and since it was 7 months ago we can expect industry take up picking up. I can't wait for an update from BE, could be due anytime now.

Keep on moaning then, let's hope the company don't give us something to be pleased about lol.

I'm not expecting a placing. Sales must be growing well with the new people active and the stated company focus on sales and marketing. If a big one landed it would surely be with one of the respected companies we are collaborating with and we could probably get money up front or at least be able to get a good deal on short term loan.

It does seem strange. They mustn't want the sp lower either as it could have been driven down on the lighter trading days

Looking across the risers/fallers board today it seems that it has been a good day overall. Hopefully this is people returning to AIM generally and growing sentiment for smaller companies. Regardless of course BMN should be in for a really good year.

Yeah, might watch a movie myself as well.....
