Let's hope this recovers soon. An overnight loss of over £30k is not doing my blood pressure any good. But I have faith in this company.
Not happy at all!! That last £102k buy was mine. Woke up and I'm down £20k!!!
Very good RNS. I for one was concerned that this could pop up again. But reassured now. Onwards and upwards now (I hope).
Well said, I also share your view 100 percent.
The government really need to wake up to this and get this sorted. The big boys are reluctant to invest in Ecuador, simply because they still feel it is a high risk jurisdiction. Yes, it is becoming a mining friendly country, but it is not 100% there yet, and these sorts of court cases would deter the mining community!
Hi John, I also just raised this same concern. The court simply stated "the question was not properly answered". As you say, this leaves the door open. The Solgold lawyers need to somehow shut this door and throw away the keys.
I just hope this does not come back and bite us in the future. The court stated "the question was not properly answered". Does this mean the person that brought this to court, or anyone else as a matter of fact, can go back and te-raise this issue in court again, but this time complying with legal and constitutional requirements? Can someone kindly air their views on this please? Also, sorry for putting a damperner on this.
Cornerstone Reports on Decision of Ecuador Constitutional Court OTTAWA, June 20, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc. (“Cornerstone” or “the Company”) (TSXV-CGP) (F-GWN) (B-GWN) (OTC-CTNXF) reports that, further to its news release dated June 6, 2019 regarding a potential referendum on mining in four parishes in which its Cascabel joint venture with SolGold Plc and its strategic exploration alliance with Ecuadorian State Mining Company ENAMI EP are located, the decision of the Constitutional Court in Quito was issued today. Although the full decision has not yet been published and analyzed by Cornerstone and its legal advisors, the holding of the Court has been released and can be summarized as follows: By a unanimous unappealable decision, the Court ruled that the petition be dismissed because the question was not properly stated, i.e., it was imprecise and failed to include, among other things, introductory recitals and failed to satisfy other Constitutional requirements. The Court did not enter into an examination of the merits of the case.
Oh, and on the SOLG site, the two lots of £100k's is showing as buys!! What a joke!
What a load of tosh is that!!! That's my buy!! How dare they report it as a sell????!!! Goes to show, never judge a book by its covers.
555,518 to be exact, dam fees eat in to it being a nice 555,555 figure lol. Was invested in SOLG since 2010! Sold a majority there, so hope this pays dividend.
Hope your £50k grows to more than my £200k soon buddy. Wishing all investors well.
Yes, hope so too. It's a big move. But my trade placed at around 09:15 is still not showing on lse. May show up after close. Good luck to all.
I've more or less sold more largest holding and added here. It's a huge amount for me, £200k at 36p. Hope this pays off! And hope I'm not too late.
007, if I was you, I'd apply for an individual or fixed protection. This will then increase your LTA from 1,055,000 to 1,250,000.
Hi Early_Bird, what can I say, but a big thank you for taking the time out for such a comprehensive and detailed reply, this is much appreciated. My original message was not to scare anyone off. I was simply putting out the historical facts. I have been following this for a while, as obviously cautious due to past experience. But I have recently invested a chunk of my funds into BIDS. After reading up, I do feel that this little baby is in for a good future (fingers crossed).
Yawn?? Seems like you are tired and need to rest up! Yes, Fitbug was re-named Kin Wellness, but that also did not last long at all. It then changed to Bidstack. I hope this wakes you up. Here is the proof from my HL account... Dear Mr xxx Kin Group plc - Name Change & Un-suspension What has happened? Kin Group plc Shares have resumed trading on AIM as at 19 September 2018. The name of the above company has also recently changed to “Bidstack Group plc”. Your portfolio has been updated to reflect this change. The stock symbol has changed to BIDS. Hi, any long term holders from when this was originally Fitbug? I was fairly heavily invested in Fitbug, until it went bust! I lost over £20k!! This has now simply been re-named as Bidstack. I am back in, but hope things are going to be much different this time round. Only issue I have, is that most of the directors who miss managed Fitbug are still at the helm, so hope history does not repeat itself!
Evening all, just been reading the CGP rns, and it does concern me on the fact that they are disputing and challenging what NM has stated regarding the other tenements around Cascabel, and the fact that they also have 15% interest in those concessions. The whole rns is not a good read and looks highly likely this might be fought out in courts. What do others think? Extract from CGP rns... "Cornerstone shareholders should also be aware that theBlanca, Nieves and Rio Mira concessions that SolGold incorrectly states are 100% owned by SolGold are in fact within the 5 km area of interest of the Cascabel concession and Cornerstone's 15% carried interest (described below) applies to these concessions too. In fact, SolGold's 85% interest is conditional on it fulfilling its obligations with respect to Cornerstone's carried interest. To date, SolGold has not agreed to terms that reasonably reflect the contractual arrangements regarding this interest or other identified compliance issues."
Hi schlemiel, really do appreciate all your valued contribution to this BB. Please pardon my ignorance, as I do not have a clue about L2. But am I correct in saying that the first figure (4) represents buy and the second figure (2) represents sell?
