Well that’s an easy one, the buy price is always higher then the sale price, if people are pushing to buy and no one is selling then the sp will rise to encourage fence sitters to sell, all the time the buys keep coming in the sp will keep rising, if the buys stop but the sales keep coming then the sp will drop. If investors sold 100 mil shares in the morning at 0.18 and and then in the afternoon them 100 mil was sold to new investors at 0.195 then they will raise the sp to get people to sell more so they can sell them higher
