Nobody is saying crushing rock is some revolutionary achievement. The point is they are actually showing the process, showing equipment running and showing physical progress on site rather than just endless vague promises and silence.

A few months ago people were questioning whether half the plant would ever even be operational. Now we are seeing ore going through the system, commissioning updates and visible activity across site.

Of course the important part is stable SC6 production, nobody sensible disagrees with that. But commissioning is literally done in stages. You do not magically wake up one morning and instantly produce perfect concentrate at full scale.

The market already knows we are still weeks away from final commercial proof. The difference now is there finally appears to be movement towards it rather than backwards away from it.

What a ridiculous mindset though. You’re basically saying every future director should be treated as guilty because of what GR did years ago.

By that logic nobody should ever trust another CEO, director, friend or partner ever again after one bad experience.

GR absolutely damaged trust, nobody denies that. But GH is either going to deliver production or he won’t, and that should be judged on his own actions, not permanently chained to somebody else’s history.

Also, people keep acting like these options are some guaranteed jackpot. They only become hugely valuable if the share price rises substantially, and the share price only rises substantially if Zulu actually starts performing commercially.

If PREM stays a disaster, those options are nowhere near as attractive as people make out.

Jaglith, you post about dilution every single day as if it’s some groundbreaking discovery. Everyone already knows PREM has diluted heavily over the years.

The only thing that matters now is whether Zulu finally produces commercially. If it does, the market cap and valuation change completely. If it doesn’t, then no amount of “but dilution!” posts were ever going to save the share price anyway.

You also conveniently ignore that these are options with rising exercise prices, not free shares dumped on the market tomorrow morning.

At some point the discussion has to move beyond repeating “shares bad” 50 times a day.

To be fair Raydaar, I think both points can be true at the same time. Technically you’re right that the tranches are not solely tied to production milestones, because the RNS clearly says “the sooner of” certain dates OR production targets. So they can vest on time alone.

But equally, common sense has to be applied here. The later tranches only really have value if Zulu is actually progressing and the share price rises accordingly. If the plant fails to deliver, the share price is unlikely to sustain levels above those exercise prices long term, which would make large parts of the options effectively worthless anyway.

So while Acker slightly overstated it by saying they are directly tied only to production, the overall structure is still clearly designed around getting Zulu into stable SC6 production and increasing shareholder value over time. The rising exercise prices are the key part people shouldn’t ignore.

Amazing how every single delay, silence or missing update instantly becomes proof of disaster to the same handful of posters every single day.

If ore had already gone through and it was successful, you’d still both be here saying it means nothing until commercial production. If they announce commercial production, you’ll move onto funding. If funding is sorted, you’ll move onto profitability. It never ends.

The obsession is genuinely impressive at this point.

Commissioning delays and snagging issues on a first-of-its-kind plant in Africa were always likely. Most normal investors understand that. The difference is most people don’t spend every waking hour desperately trying to turn every missing paddle, pipe and silence on X into a collapse theory.

Why does it keep getting repeated? Because it’s a complete diversion from the actual conversation 😂

I’m not remotely interested in debating how many shares the PREM board hold. If you want a separate conversation about director holdings then start your own thread about it, because it has absolutely nothing to do with the point being discussed here.

The outcome of the plant will have zero correlation to whether the BoD personally hold shares or not. The plant either works commercially or it doesn’t. It’s really that simple.

And as already proven, directors buying shares doesn’t magically stop companies getting suspended or delisted either 🤡

So no, I won’t be getting dragged off into some completely different discussion just because it’s easier than addressing the original point.

Notice how neither of them can actually address the hypocrisy point, so they just keep repeating “how many shares do the PREM board hold?” like a broken NPC dialogue option.

Nobody ever claimed PREM management were perfect or heavily invested. That’s not even the discussion.

The discussion is about people spending years acting morally superior about “ramping”, warning everyone not to trust bullish investors, then turning around and posting £500m relist fantasies on a suspended stock themselves 🤡

Whether ALGW was AIM or main market changes absolutely nothing either. Delisted is delisted.

The constant diversion tactics honestly say more than the actual answers would at this point 😂
