Never, you can not look at the highs... the shares in issue back then was a fraction of the amount of shares in issue today... you have to work out how many shares was is in issue and do some maths to find the share price in todays share issue

There will be no TR-1... stop being delusional... if a buyer was buying shares up enough to trigger a TR-1 then my god you would see it, there has been no way near the good enough buying pattern of large amounts to support any type of theory of a TR-1... lets stick to reality and facts

JV route I would personally like a company with experience of taking this to development, I dont feel the Govt are going to add value to this other then there money. A JV with a company that has history and experience will add value in itself to derisk the chances of mistakes

Wow Snorlax finnally managed to find a thread he can feel important on, albeit he actually comes across as someone with 0 knowledge which has been displayed in all his posts over the last few weeks.... why would they not tell shareholders that they have recieved an offer? this cuts out inside knowledge being leaked... becuase other will find out today that the offer was issued but it has not been RNS, this give market abuse an oppertunity to buy in knowing the ML has been offered but not yet issued to the market... its a bit of common sense really

Another waffle post, because they themselves have not signed off the offer of ML... this morning the BOD decided to notify the share holders that they have recieved the offer and it will be checked, after the offer is accepted I feel the information will flow..
