I am invested here... but I dont think this means anything... unless you can post exactly what HE1 said in the applicaiton then we are still none the wise... If they can say things like 'Joint venture' or 'off take partner' without having one in place as we know they dont or it would have been sent in an RNS already then there is nothing to stop them saying 'issue of shares' to rasie the capital...

Stringing what along? were waiting for ML? what do you want them to do? there is nothing to be done... there is no way anyone could say this is being strung along when litterally 10 months ago we found HE and 10 months later we are waiting for a ML with the application in with all the paperwork needed? this is usually a 18 - 24 month process which will potentially be wrapped up in 12 months
