TB - using what money?
Money from BPOPF convertible note - not a chance !
Money from last share issue - such a use of funds was not specified at the time. Nor is it working capital and other expenses.
I would hazard a guess there would be red flags raised by someone, somewhere (perhaps exchange listing rules being breached) so again, not a chance this money raised for transmission line can be diverted to support an IPO.
Frankly you are naive and near crazy to even think it possible. But what do I know

All this He said; He said dialogue and positioning is actually really good. Khama and his cronies need to be purged from Botswana; Masisi and cronies seem an honest lot so best give them a run at things to prove themselves .
Khama is in SA and sniveling like a cry baby - all good the longer they keep him out of the way.
Agree Terrafin - sadly there is still lots of fly ash floating around the market, although that is more so the eastern US market. West if the Rockies is getting progressively scarcer - just needs to happen faster to then put a bit more pressure on CMRCs to contract for bulk supply of replacement pozzolan.
Guys - Sunrise is a minnow trying to get itself involved in the supply chain of the Buildings & Construction industry. That is a near impossible task even with a fair wind behind. If their pozzolan meets the concrete players specifications, then Sunrise has something to sell. If it doesn’t, this is another project requiring impairment.
Sunrise don’t call the shots here. Some of the posters expectations here are as extreme as they are naive.
Buy; put in bottom drawer; wait; hope for the best; one day maybe you/ we will have something worth a few quid. This is not a trading stock !!

Operators are required to be licensed by 25th May or face fines. With this lot - Nigerians (you couldn’t make it up) - the first to seek a license, well decide for yourself just how hot and exciting crypto mining is going to be in Botswana….
Little wonder we have heard zip from Management since their ridiculous introduction in the 2nd most recent quarterly.
No doubt others will continue to assert crypto is a potentially viable revenue stream for Tlou.
Those with a brain find it easy enough to make sense of unnecessary noise !!

From 11th to 64th in one year - pretty dramatic collapse. Not unexpected and actually probably 11th was somehow or other a false reading.
It is about time the Govt and Ministry focussed more on taking better care of external international investors - quite how President Masisi will explain this away at next week’s Indaba in Cape Town will be interesting. If he trots out his usual Botswana is a great place to come and invest blah blah, that is not going to resonate
Ya, 300 in any currency every month buying is going to make a serious dent in the supply demand equation for a company with 600m shares in issue.
Man oh man, you are a total *******, delusional, idiotic, gob ****e divorced from any semblance of reality.
Enjoy your view !!
Note to myself - the great and the good Tlou shareholders are greatly underwhelmed by today’s Quarterly given the lack of posts discussing the content. Even the chief cheerleader Morris Minor’s wagon must be spluttering and misfiring as I can’t remember when he has so little to say for himself or the company.
I have to say though - this was one of the most badly written updates they have ever issued. The quality of English and the message being articulated was contradictory - do these guys actually understand the relationship of wells, horizontal or vertical, and their need to ‘communicate’ with each other?!
Connectivity and communication are vital for CBM wells, and if there isn’t any then these 2 horizontals are going to drain and drain and drain forever ….
Even SM comments are a joke - the prototype is still being designed, meaning they need the dosh from the IPO to crack on. And I would venture Tlou JV hardly merits a mention in SM prospectus - partnering with Tlou and trying to use that as a reason to invest in SM - FFS get real people !
Where has the great Tony Gilby gone? Seems to me he has given up on this one now. Will he chuck more good money after bad when the next equity raise comes around ??!!
Nah whizz, everything will be ok. Once they complete upgrading the infrastructure at Lesedi base camp the crypto mining new venture can start and there will be funds aplenty !
Remember, Tony has thought of everything for us !!
Well strike me pink - L3 and L4 were shut in throughout covid, had a recent work over and during the quarter just ended are “producing gas much more quickly than anticipated which is an encouraging development”
What genius wrote this ?
You don’t produce gas when a well was shut in, so they were not flaring and wasting gas - I wonder if the village idiot will connect the dots on this;
The comments about upgrading camp infrastructure - also disingenuous since how do you upgrade something you are building for the first time;
SM - more disingenuity since it says SM are designing and building the prototype. Which is it then - has the design been completed and during this quarter they are building it OR are they still designing the damned thing? Why must everything this management team be written in riddles??
No further mention of crypto - quelle surprise;
No bad for a dimwit - eh Morris. Even you are going to have to grudgingly accept dear old donkey has been pretty much ‘bang on the money’. Again!
I fear for the share price ahead. This could test 1p yet. Oh dear oh dear oh dear.

It is quite funny to observe how cute and clever you think you are Morris.
Bosh - end of crypto for Tlou. But then, it never got going….. despite your best efforts talking your usual baloney.
https://africa-energy-portal.org/reports/geopolitics-energy-transformation-hydrogen-factor
I have yet to read anything about the Botswana thinking on Hydrogen strategy.
Expecting this on Friday or next Monday. Morris has been quiet of late so unlikely any amazing new adventure to be divert and confuse us.
Timelines on delivery of the TL would be good - add another year to that and maybe they will be generating and selling into the grid.
I wonder what fluff we will read about this time - more crypto? Of course Synmet IPO will be mentioned - however do they have enough money to have been working on the ‘prototype’ and it is imminent or (as is likely) they need the IPO money to get cracking on the equipment? More delays …
Maybe we will hear about plans to facilitate the development of a local fertiliser product located up near Pandanamtanga (near Kasane) given that Govt is taking bigger interest in the agricultural sector in Botswana (as referenced in President address last Thursday ).
Nothing would surprise me here any more to be honest
Yet again, more irrelevance nonsense. Making out like you know what the issues are when everything is prefixed with ‘I think’ or ‘imo’.
And Tlou are suffering from a ‘divergence’ … as highlighted in a Chinese article. FFS listen to yourself man.
Good man. You found an article on Google to confirm your skills set in searching, reading and posting on a message board.
Next, start working on your understanding of the articles and their relevance to Tlou on the ground in Botswana me olde China.
But it is lovely that you decided to unfiltered me so quickly - we all know you hate missing out on things.
….trapped in the cleats….
And we know these (ie gas flows) thus far have been ‘carp’ (for want if a better description)….
Come on big boy…. amaze us with wisdom, insight, intellect, knowledge and relevance (to a CBM horizontal well…)
