Nice update from Trackwise from Thursday
https://www.trackwise.co.uk/uncategorised/trackwise-acquires-new-77000-sq-ft-premises/
With only 28m shares it can certainly get a move on when it wants.
Arm holdings is a good anology. Cutting edge and in all the right sectors
Just to add the new building that’s going to up and running by q4 this year producing the EV harness and orders for Cath print and all the new 5G masts with the big mobile companies is 77000 sq.ft.
That’s bigger than a football premiership pitch. The 3rd building in trackwise portfolio.
No need to raise plenty of cash after raising £12.65m Dec2020
Agreed I’ve just taken some more @2.22
With the tr1 last week another Milton fund taking 5% plus before that trackwise website stating 84% was already not in public hands, that takes it to around 90% in sticky hands.
CEO and wife own 23% of trackwise, so fully aligned with shareholders
Mr R Sneller 5.2% who is a retired fund manager

Excellent news seeing another institution coming on board. 5% that’s around another 1.4million shares into sticky hands.
https://www.trackwise.co.uk/investor-relations-analysis/significant-shareholders/
The Company’s issued share capital, as at 22 February 2021, consists of 28,426,122 ordinary shares. The number of shares not held in public hands is 23,937,039 representing 84.2% of the issued share capital
Just been looking over on their website at sig shareholders it’s saying 23.9m 84.2% not held in public hands.
That means incredibly only 4.5m shares.
Not many companies with so few shares available?
Guild pay Beckham $19 million over 5 years
Works out for a few tweets pics and to turn up a corporate events he gets paid an eye watering $10000 a day!
See the Twitter army out in force over the weekend to get folk buying. Sig shareholders have an average well below 2.5p as seed investors. At the moment they only have two teams and a fifa player
All the best buying

So much for a lock-in and orderly market. Going to have to be significant news to buck the down trend.
So they have 2 pro teams and a fifa player now?
Valued £40m at launch?
Paying Becks $19m over 5 years as an influencer to the brand
This could take a while
Worth a read about the David Beckham deal that Guild has to pay $19m over the next 5 years

Between 3-12months
Not knowing the circumstances of all seed investors but Blue Star have an average of 2.3p a share with around 30 million 5.95% of share issue. So I’m assuming all seed investors have at least 3p or lower average
Take into account some where around 50% of the IPO is now at 8p, that are not locked in, the share price is going to pull back to 8p area for a while while they take their 10%.
Hi mike my point was the pre ipo shares were worth a lot less than 8p
Blue Star invested 706k and at 8p is now valued at £2.4m holding 5.95%
So although there is a lock in and orderly Market to sell, at some point early investors will want to release profit.
Gla as I think Guikd will do well
I’m wondering how they got this IPO off at such a premium? Raising £20m at 8p and now valued at £40m Mcap?
One too keep an eye on with Mr Beckham involved
Very early days and will probably take time to get the foundations laid, I can see how it’s appeal is growing and tie in advertising, merchandise & TV rights.
Main market listing is a bonus.
Keep an eye on Twitter who’s pumping this as there the ones who took the placing probably
Gla
To be asked by more hospital foundations for clinical trials now in children with Autism. Sfx-01 must be so safe being a plant based compound. How many trials meet this criteria? Not many I would think. Excellent well run company
Mm will let you buy at bid price!
31st July 2019 is the date set for the AGM, no wonder they are going after weak holders or stops, If broker is shifting Venn shares they aren’t making much on the flip? Integumen isn’t some dodgy mine or drill, it’s a company that lost its way with poor management but has fantastic IP with some of the best people working for them in this segment. Give G.B and the team time to put it all in place, after all he’s only been in charge just under 12 months. Look what he’s done, I don’t think anyone else could have done a better job?
Taken some more, doesn’t matter who’s selling does it?
I’m keeping mine for the long haul so I’ve picked them up on the dip
I believe next news is before the AGM regarding LabskinAI coming out of Beta test which should perk things up again.
Not seen the book this strong since we catapulted from 1.70s into the 2s a couple months back.
I keep tuning in when I’ve got chance, it’s now ready for some more forward looking contract news which will come.
LabskinAI about to come out of Beta test and start earning some serious revenue
