Just passing through and noticed the 2x500k 1x250k someone bought 1.5% of Nbr this morning, that doesn't happen often. Time for bit research this weekend me thinks
RHM also have cash on 15th March they had £3.47million total value of RHM is somewhere conservative of £19million NO Debt Looking for a RTO/Aqusistion to benefit shareholders, BOD own circa 11m shares, only 48 million. EGM vote early on 30th April to release cash from PUCF which is doing rather well at the moment. Even @ 50% discount these should be over 24p share! Pp. wiki cheong chia chieh "the boss"
30th not tomorrow
I havnt gone long for ages RHM is a multibagger starting from 30th April have a nice 100k shares for now, more if it drops back beyond silly.
BOD own over 11million shares from a pot of only 48million, RHM undervalued its an AIM obnomally to get this low with such a strong company valued @19m with PUCF (sp going up) and cash in the bank,
40k+ bought on isdx this morning all over 12p Just the start this week wait till the vote is passed on the 30th
Nice bit of info there trade desk Looking in it looks like a straight forward investment in another company PUCF, when you start to see how everything is interlinked with Cheong RHM is set up beautifully, sell half its remaining stake in PUCF is all we need, leave 25-30% in, after all it's a cracking company. The MCAP is so low compared to what we have and this process started 5 months ago not last week, it's coming sooner rather than later imo. Not all about trading next week it's the next 2 months or so when they can reveal all.
Cash available on the 15th March they had £3.47m the board own over 11m shares of 48m in issue. Company cash and assets valued Dec 2014 over £21m AIM anomaly working here, EGM on April 30th vote to decrease holding in PUCF to below 51% to release shareholder value and incorporate RHM as a cash rich investment company.
Folk realise the money that's landing here next week, Suggest a quick google of Mr Cheong chia chieh 'The boss'
Just read last RNS to see what's about to happen next week. GLA
Term RHM has a busy calendar, once agreed on the sale of <51% of PUCF were away! Even if we sell just half that equates to £9 million 'ish'. What a way to start an investment company on AIM With what PUCF have maybe solar project good time to divest whilst strong SP. Wonder what Mr. Chieh has in store? Looking forward to this one, would normally trade but going long with RHM
https://deepvalueinvestments.wordpress.com/2015/04/13/resource-holding-management-rhm/comment-page-1/#comment-74 The PUCF holding is currently worth £14.6m GBP. This is four times RHM’s market cap – a 51% stake in PUCF.
High teens is what I thought a retest of the years high a definite, added a few more on Friday. Once you get how RHM is set up and Cheong chia chieh 'the boss' is a well respected businessman, with some high accolades from the business world of China and malaysia. Very interested in staying in to find out what the investment they have in mind, somewhere in the region of £8m cash and still heavy in PUCF with 289m shares. Looking forward to 30th April EGM then we're off to the races, nice!
The write up on our group managing director Cheong Chia Chieh I found quite useful as to the setup of RHM and I think we have a very under rated, capable, & influential director. Maybe RHM needed a shake as AIM isn't for the static, it needs a whoosh and bang with some TNT! Hopefully the next few weeks RHM are going to give us just that.
"The Investing Policy of the Company is to invest in and/or acquire interests in projects and/or assets in the TMT (technology, media and telecommunications) sector. The Company will focus on investment opportunities in South East Asia and East Asia. http://www.nst.com.my/node/76808 Cheong chia chieh our group managing director Or maybe a RTO of PUCF? Now that would be a lottery win here.
Bought a few yesterday as a punt, glad I did now looking through the company and the direction it wants go in, seems a very cheap buy in price at the moment was trading mid teens not long ago. Few shares in circulation by the looks of it, once RHM release the £s its in a fantastic posistion not your typical AIM company. Seems they have a strong belief in a aqusistion near term to get RHM value up, BOD own 11m odd shares. Not enough interest yet, but maybe in a few weeks when folk see a more definitive plan.
Then we will be an investing company looking for a RTO with oodles of cash!
On NBR is being abused again only 1% of the company traded today so far MM are playing this to perfection. still hard to buy any great quantity, I would think a dangerous trade assuming you might not be able to offload either Hold and forget the BB, trust your instincts Sp was 1.40p before last RNS
From work. I see it went mad, from a investor point of view and price up and down Research Brian Moritz the newish chairman of NBR. An AIM specialist bar non at getting Mining companies to production. Why would the old chairman still loan money? And be holding 25 million through W B nominees who hold 49%. Last week these were trading @1.4p before news Nov 2014 RNS north cape copper project? No debt no shares bar a few being flogged by impatient folk Bottom draw these for 12 months Pp.Brian moritz on the board at FRX and W B nominees there biggest shareholder coincidence? When news drops this will zoom as folk running NBR ain't going to dilute there 60+ million shares anything less than 4.5p
