As I said earlier The old chairman Lord Sheppard and the new chairman Brian Moritz hold close to 50m shares between them. Note: W B nominees hold 49% with Lord sheppards shares Staggering to think last weeks were a top up @4.75p Brian Moritz is an AIM mining specialist RNS November 2014 North Cape copper project It's coming
The old chairman Lord Sheppard and the new chairman combined hold 49 million shares, this is staggering that they paid 4.75p last week to 'top up"
Big II W B nominees holding 49% and a new chairman Brian Moritz, big time AIM mining guru specialises in mining start ups
Take a look at November14 RNS 3rd paragraph North Cape copper mine for starters?
Also on the board of FRX, with production coming We also have a £250k plant that had money spent on it ready for sale or to move? To togo maybe? Bought @ 4.75p last week
It was trading near 1.4p before last week, £250k in machinery/plant can be moved or sold and now plenty of cash. Bods have seriously taken one for the company excepting shares at 4.75p for the interest free £630k cash. Very small free float in shares. Looking through past news it's looking like a copper project in Northern Cape South Africa for early positive cash flow (Nov14). But also have eyes on oil/ diamonds.
18% dilution for 80% added value, now at near lows, only going one way. False 33% spread on book, MM giving nowt on this after last weeks surprise.
It was at years high 2.65p last Friday on the directors 4.75p buys. Ca$h in the bank. 400% premium buying from current SP, don't see that very often from directors, especially when they already own half the company. Buy low, hold
Had to buy in 3 lots this morning. Small amounts available it seems. Directors paying 4.75p raising £640K of funds that would value NBR £4m+ RNS (November 14) hinted at copper, coal, oil gas . Looking for a RTO or acquisition maybe? Buy and Hold
Old Jedi pin trick :-) Not many aim shares like afcr. Fag packet calcs I'm getting 3-3.5p if sentiment increases maybe even more.
Is in a fantastic posistion before news broke last week with the Romanian play, Sub 1p due to II selling few weeks ago. Tried to break out couple times, this will be a lot higher very soon. Government are desperate for gold and are even cutting power to illegal miners who aren't selling gold through the official channels. Producer in 7 months in Zimbabwe (fully funded) and Romania world class assets, could be up running by April with infrastructure all in place ready to go! Lots of news heading our way next year and I really can't see a down side to AFCR soon to be VAST 2015 can't wait, gla
HARARE, Sept 15 (Reuters) - Zimbabwe will cut the royalty imposed on gold producers to 5 percent from 7 percent to boost production because companies are struggling with low prices, the government said. "International prices of precious metals, in particular, gold, remain subdued, thereby threatening the viability of most of the mining houses," Finance Minister Patrick Chinamasa said in a statement seen by Reuters on Monday . "I, therefore, propose to review downwards, royalty on gold produced by primary producers from 7 percent to 5 percent. These measures take effect from 1 October 2014." Zimbabwe's gold production fell 26 percent to six tonnes during the January-July period this year, according to official data, and the spot price for the precious metal has been pinned down around 8-month lows below $1,250 an ounce. The country's gold mines are also struggling with power shortages and high borrowing costs. Minerals and precious metals account for 52 percent of Zimbabwe's export income and gold is the number two earner after platinum. The royalty on platinum remains at 10 percent. Gold mining firms in Zimbabwe include Freda Rebecca, which is owned by London-listed junior producer Mwana Africa plc as well as African Consolidated Resources and RioZim Ltd. Fern bank "look at my posts" can't admin deleted them? Wonder why? Any good?
Bought in yesterday afternoon stroke of luck! The £45k buy was the signal for me after reading the earlier RNS, let's not forget it's way below value after the big ii dumped 2 months ago previous was over 1p share. Been held down ever since, hence no liquidity at bottom prices. one big RNS last night and a game changer for AFCR soon to be VAST resources, Massive resources in Romania to get our teeth into, in a short time frame producing millions, what a transformational year to look forward too. Oh and Zimbabwe nearly forgot Lots of RNS heading our way. Gla
Hi fat superman he wanted in cheap by peddling misinformation suspicion dirty tricks. Lots of words no substance. Don't mind anybodies opinion as long as it's factual. At the end of the day he could be ramping with the same motives. Good luck
Find when someone takes the trouble to post on here negative statements it's because they want in cheap. Good research is what most do I don't mind buying in again mid .70s 3-4 th time for me. Usually don't post that much these days but felt the urge hmmm! In for the long haul now Gla
