I've pushed the boat out in this kitchen, I reckon final price will be between 13-15k but that includes a new boiler! Wifi enabled of course! Can turn it on from anywhere in the world so it's nice and warm when I get home!! Not looking at any other shares at the mo but when ECHO hits a Plato will look at shifting some then, it's very hard to guess how much news and how much this will launch in the next week/month! Tomorrow should be good!!

Never taken kids abroad, long story there, they probably would and intend to take mine abroad next year, long term like I said would like a pad abroad, apartment etc, then any of us could go anytime....selling my other house would cover it I reckon, then just service charge and flightst to pay...happy days.......may never happen but then who knows...yep been doing kitchen, built in microwave up and running .... :-)

I've worked all over the uk and abroad a bit, but not had many holidays over seas really so when kids older i will be away lol, but then it's great where I live anyway!

A lot depends on the quality of the boat and engine type etc, yep love the sea, into many watersports, I live 10 miles away from 5 blue flag beaches... Yes like a speed boat....yes can take you out for a cruise along the coast! sipping wine lol

I'm in a good position, this share could really set me up for the future! Put it this way if the share hits 3p (that's 5 bag) my mortgage here gone! Could rent annex £500pm easy!! At 44 happy days! With equity approx 70k in my other one

A lot comes down to do I need my money really! Let's say it 3-4 bags from here! That's 100k to me! Do I say that's enough and pull it out or stay hoping to double that figure! I have about 17k profit at present and happy with that but this is really only going one way

Yes a few years yet! I have a place I rent out and a garage. Where I live I am building an annex but that's a long way off to rent as I use the space! So plenty of options! Rather than buy a place I can see lots of holidays when the kids find their own way in life! I would say atleast 4 a year
