Information release (RNS) is very strategic but that would take very good news, I am surprised we have not had news of first acquisition and that will be imminent IMO which could/would drive the price up...hopefully past that point....I for one would be a very happy bunny..... but still in for long term......but will slice the cream off the top once in a while..

No not in sou, this is the only share I'm invested in! Happy to just sit it out! My average here now 0.0009, not much above the OO, and hold 4.25 mil ish! And well in profit if I sold out! Still waiting for news on first transaction and will prob happen this month, along with binding agreement of the 20mil+ investors and share consolidation IMO, The echo forum just like others now! Lol

I watched the YouTube link, well he was there to talk sound, but imo he is prob working just as much on echo as well, I'll ask you this! Why did he do the echo presentation in London recently and not someone else!!! Enough said really

Morning, no I am not a registered share holder, and was answered by sell on news, seen this asked before and to be honest the big share holders would swing the vote and no doubt be a done deal. I think the 10 million funding will occur at some point, the equivalent shares, less discount which I think is 10%, will be issued at that point i.e. dilution. I suppose before or after consolidation quite irrelevant really unless a sudden drop or gain in sp following consolidation and/or dilution We are still waiting to hear about the first transaction.....I was under the impression at the same time as the launch

From what I can gather it's ratio 25:1, so in theory 1p x 25 = 25p , and 100,000 / 25 = 4000 shares! Ps not into handbags! Lol
