Once I’ve sold my 20m shares I close all my shorts

Say I took part in placing with 20m shares. As soon as I find out about it - I put a massive short on knowing it will fall from 6p down to 4p .

I’m in profit before I receive my 20m shares .
I keep on opening shorts with various different spread bet firms knowing that I will move the price because I’m gunna sell my 20m at any price (the lower the better as I am making more and more as the price keeps on falling).

At the end once I’ve sold my 20m I close all my t trades which would have made me a lot of money.

I don’t need to buy back any shares in the open market - job done

As soon as I have sold the price will fly back up as the market makers will have picked up stick for themselves right at the very bottom.

As the saying goes money makes money - if you’re a LTH this doesn’t affect us in the slightest as the company will ultimately make us all money if it achieves it objective of becoming a mid tier Oil/gas company.

The t traders will get more shafted as time goes by - they have until the 27th April (off top of my head) so I expect the share price to continue falling until they get wiped out .
Hang in in there chaps - I’m in the same boat as all of you - just goto suck it up and see it through.

I feel sorry for those with leverage - they better wipe their mouth unless they can pay up or their loss will only increase (sub 1p). The market makers know when their t trades expire and the amount of shares on leverage. They are sitting ducks about to get shot .

Co2 EOR is only £350k off top of my head

The bod should find out who it is selling because there can’t be that many people with such a huge amount of shares .

Either CLNs - a major shareholder or someone who took a large amount of shares in the placing

It’s not rocket science

All flippers who thought they would make easy money will be locked in for the drill with a 34% cos .

If you don’t want to be in that position and salvage something then you should SELL NOW or risk losing the lot !!

Sell or lose even more money - still have another month until they expire and the market makers will tank this much lower knowing that a lot of them will not be able to pay .

I can see this going under 1p so best SELL UP NOW and move on

The shorts will have to buy back their position to close their trade. At the point they have made a lot of profit .

Whether they go long after no one knows?!

They pay the rest with their profit which they have made from shorting .

They know they can mKe the share price go down by selling all their 4p shares (it’s ammunition for them).

Could today be the bottom ?!

At some point it will change in favour of the bulls

Typical response Chancers buy the fact is they don’t have to declare especially if they want to get rid of the lot . Only after they have sold everything do they need to publish a tr1

It will be interesting to see who the seller is but no one knows for sure at the moment - not even the bod.

I think the seller has shorted the company so as he sells the shares at a lower price he makes more money in his short .

They won’t need to buy back in because they have made their money.

This period will not last forever - we are small fish swimming with sharks so we have no option but to ride this out .

When I spoke to our Chairman last week he said there was no one hurting more than the bod as they have a large shareholding and that he wasn’t aware of any reason for the fall in share price - that conversation put my mind at rest but that doesn’t mean I don’t get frustrated or upset about the share price.

I think it’s CLN selling these shares and ruining the share price despite what they said about selling them in a controlled manor , the only thing is that we won’t know until there’s a tr1 - but that’s my thought on the situation , I hope this helps a few people out who are stressing

You can only roll a t trade once and that’s why they have to pay up or sell by end of April.

We will spud shortly after and the brakes will be off so what’s not to like ?

We got the money to progress our projects so good riddance to the flippers - good job done

Not worried at all - frustrated yes. I wouldn’t let the share price determine your view on Prd because it’s the fundamentals that matters.

People having a lower average ? - good luck to them but that doesn’t change a thing if we strike does it . We will all earn money regardless .

I think you will make a huge mistake by selling out at flat and that’s me telling you the truth (being a computer friend).

We are very near to starting what we set out to do and you want to sell saying nothing ever changes (lol).

A lot has changed and just because we haven’t heard anything doesn’t mean that things aren’t happening behind closed doors.

I’m invested for all of the drills and that’s exactly what I will get .

Yes I do post negative stuff but you must remember that I hold a massive amount of shares and have not sold a single one.

Short term share price is irreverent too me and I want all the weak holders / flippers out if this stock before the fun times begin because we don’t need them.

Did not say I bought 2m recently . I post all my trades live on adfvn and I like you are massively underwater but for me nothing has changed except we are progressing on all of our projects including Ireland.

I will definitely be one of a few who sees this out right to the end, just like I’ve said from day one.

The quicker the t trades close the better for everyone who’s invested.

The t trades won’t clear till end of April and the market makers will take it down much lower to collect them.

If you can’t pay up you better sell NOW !!!

Does that mean you will sell at break even if you’re lucky enough to get 5p?
