That appears to be a listing/registration for Cobalt Blue Limited. There is no mention there of any link to Cobalt Blue Holdings or to it being a subsidiary of such unless I missed it.

Where will RRR get $1.2m for exploration ? Sorry but this, to me, all just looks ridiculous for a company with tiny revenue income.

The $4m with YA is a seriously big debt for a company with such a tiny MCAP and the monthy payments are very sizeable. Where will the funding continue to come from for those payments let alone regular running costs and any project costs?

Yup, a string of �5k sells and then a string of �35k sells. 14m shares is about a notifiable 3% so we should see a holdings RNS imo. No prizes for guessing who it is of course, equally the reason for dumping seems obv to me. Tick tock

Notable that the RNS very clearly (and I presume deliberately) refers to this issue of notes as "Tranche 1". I guess that's a pretty fair warning by AB that there will be a Tranche 2. Can't fault him for being upfront about that though TBH it was obvious imo given the monthly payment requirements of the $4m YA loan.

It's disappointing that you disparage people and call them trolls for stating their opinions on an open chat board. Doesn't help your credibility TBH. The CLNs represent a future increase in shares do they not? �495,000 worth at 0.8p equates to about 62m shares which would represent roughly 13% of the existing 483m in issue. As you say, if the SP doesn't reach 0.8p then the holders just sit on those notes . . . . except that as ABS rightly points out, those notes have a 10% interest payable monthy !! There's the rub I guess. If you can buy say �10,000 of shares on the market today at 0.62p then why would you buy loan notes that are exercisable only at 0.8p? Can only be because of the lucrative terms.
