I think you will find in most projects they cannot get more as they are typically invite only ….imo
Think you will find them in Gibraltar !
Think you will find them in Gibraltar !
Agree 100% with view but there is now incredible value here, the czt manufacturing is the jewel in the crown and I think somebody will buy this part of the company or bid for the whole entity.
Basu is a poor ceo but is a good cto and has created some excellent tech which is now beginning to see commercialisation. The share register is good enough to not allow this to run out of funds or equally do a silly fund raise without demanding a strategic review. In my top 5 for 2024 All imo dyor
They have invested in 9 new projects this year , circa $3.8m. The beauty of this income stream is it allows them to do this without selling !
This remains my cheapest share ! It will stay cheap I suspect whilst we have baller as chairman. He has done nothing positive in the last 8 years except add cost to a boardroom which he dominates , appoint the hapless crystal capital who have also done nothing, borrow 1m dollars. Surely time for change ?
Just caught up on todays deal, what a mess. An 11% pa return over 5 years is appalling. It does not prove their model , who are they kidding. Can’t believe the bod allowed them to make such an exaggerated claim. This portfolio of assets needs to be run by someone who understands how to extract value. These two clowns are totally out of their depth.
The only hope is a breakup or strategic review. I think their is value here on a sum of the parts basis, they are too small in all their markets and chasing too many rainbows. Basu has lost the support of seasoned investors such as miton and herald over recent years which is telling. I wonder if the recent small raises were conditional on some realisation by the company as they only plug the financial gap. This needs a ceo who treats shareholders funds with respect . All imo dyor
Thanks for the info. Worth also noting that class actions are starting in the US ( pfas class action).
Agree anyones guess! I think the Finncap note is a good starting point and accept they are their broker. I also think they could sell something as I think they realise they have too much on their plate. The pathogen detector imo is the most obvious candidate..
They have however been investing capital over that time ie the czt fabs and arguably time has now come for increased vigilance be it detection of nucleur as a result of Ukraine or detection of chemical / pathogens. They are imo a sitting duck for a takeover or break up as research shows they are v undervalued on a sum of the parts valuation. I don’t rate AB as a ceo but he has built a valuable set of assets which when under the right ownership could thrive. I don’t think they could raise sufficient equity (and know this) to take them to break even so conclude they will either sell something or get taken over. The recent providers of finance must have been given some comfort that the financial outlook will improve.
You clearly have an agenda and something against this company. I am an investor and see great value imo in byotrol. Over and out
The only people who made loads of money to quote you were the crooks who were selling alcohol based sanitisers with no medical accreditation. If you have sensitive skin or excema this is the only product and they were capacity constrained. This is now a balanced business with multiple revenue streams and not a pure manufacturing ( low margin) business. You clearly have an agenda, in my mind any bod putting £0.5m into a small cap company is to be respected. IMO this is a very cheap company on a sum of the parts basis as the annuity type revenues are pure profit. If you researched the industry and also the share register you would see some very savvy investors are in this
On balance this was good news and reflected in a sharp rally! I see some clown on ADVFn is accusing the board of insider dealing, pretty strong accusation and one which I suspect the board will need to refute via legal action. You need to be careful what you say even on bb.
All imo dyor
Listened to a presentation on investormeetcompany earlier today, really impressed. MB articulates the story really well , this has been poorly run for many many years and actions taken over the last year have cut cost base and done sensible things to ensure profitability once normal activity returns. Not easy to call the bottom on a recovery type stock but demand should pick up fairly swiftly particularly as demand is there. I will buy regularly as funds available dyor
On the face of this looks very cheap but having listened to that interview I can understand why. Tom did not address any of the issues or elaborate on anything. The interviewer knew nothing so he had a free agenda to discuss why they missed H2 targets. Why bother doing an interview unless you are going to put some meat on the statement made in an rns. This company used to be a good communicator but now seems content to wind up shareholders by not being open, I want to own more but Lance and Tom need to get their act together.
Any thoughts ? looks cheap but share chart says patient dead, board seems to have changed a bit except chairman who was full time for a while. Can’t find any decent research and don’t look like they like doing interviews as can’t find any.
