Thanks for the reasoned reply. I'm not going to lie, it's not going to be easy to dismiss the past performance of the current board of directors. I'm not going to regurgitate once again why as I feel it's been well documented by myself and many other posters. However, I do feel I'm coming around to the potential of Lixus and that's why I'm appreciative of your input. It does appear to be well thought out, reasoned and without blowing too much smoke up your behind, more than a little more educated than other posters...(ahem!!!) That being said, because of bod performance I will always urge caution and be wary of the'unknown'. Therefore, I will always give responses based on that caution. PM as you can see, can't engage in any mature way, so we generally ignore him or it descends into child like tit-for-tat.

You can't have it both ways mate. You can't say your assumptions are based on research and then dismiss assumptions of management actions, which are based on fact and previous performance. That is the ultimate blinkered view. I do believe I even complimented your appraisals...
I'll also take issue with the claim that I 'picked on the least fact based' part. To be fair, when you presented your appraisal on this forum, you placed your level of 'assessment of farm-out' in amongst your other assumptions with no given as to how it compared. To the reader, it appeared as equal in your guesswork as the other points raised. That being said, there's a reason I didn't 'pick' at your other points and that's because I thought it was well reasoned. However, if like a few other snowflakes on here, you see contradiction as conflict, then there's little point continuing to debate.

Good luck obtaining a free carry. Best we'll achieve will be possibly a 'capped' carry. Obviously that means at some point dipping into Chariots coffers. Question is, will Larry allow that expenditure before a fund raise, to cover the cost. At Xmas 2019, Chariots balance sheet will be $13.9m (inc -$1m for Lixus). Then the $5m cash budget for 2020 and the balance is looking particularly ropey at $8.9m. Given previous actions, that level of cash reserve would be unacceptable to Larry and the board.

As it stands with the new shares, MXO is at an MCap of £7.3m ($10m). From the RNS, I assume there to be one 'lifting' per quarter? So net profit of $2.4m per year...is that right?

I doubt OT would have called himself a speculator. As far as he and Wheepo were concerned, they were as serious about Chariot as you are now. Saying exactly the same things and getting just as annoyed :) they were as happy crappy as you could get and would defend Bottomley to their dying breath. That's why all this seems so de ja vuèy!!!

...keen to rewrite history. No partner for 1 well and sold the other to leave 10% equity. This also after diluting the company by 42%. As much as I want my money back and hope the ramp squad keep doing their job, it's a disgrace that Laurel and Hardy are still in charge. I'll admit that I'm slightly curious/intrigued/suspicious about a 16 carat diamond being dug up so early in the top layers (...and then a fund raise) yet our cpht has risen to 'only' 3.1. However, we can't all think everything is crooked and all CEO's are conmen so, we have to take the evidence as it's being presented. And, so far at least for 2019, all is as promised.
