PSK , Rampers usually give numbers that far exceed what the brokers say , I have read some figures on here by derampers and wonder where the hell do they get their prices from other than their own mind , why do you think the directors have been topping up over the last year , read back on the last few RNS`s over the last year and see some of the amazing contracts RR has pulled in , let us not forget the 650 B52 engines that are being built by RR , look at the Nuclear subs for the Australian Navy , this order was taken off France , plus all the other contracts , then there is the servicing of long haul flight engines that will keep the staff fully working well past this year so any recession I would think RR staff will still have to do overtime to get these orders complete , the B52 contract goes on for a few years , you may well ask why did the SP go down to 70p very easy to answer RR had debt and hadn`t sold ITP that put the scares up investors , the debt they have got is on fixed interest which they got when interest rates were very low the debt that was going to be paid for via ITP sale wasn`t , if the sale didn`t go through then the debt would have hurt , the sale has taken place and that debt is now clear , RR have said they are able to clear present loan with earning by a certain date , as for dividends they more than likely can`t pay one yet but I would prefer RR to have a good cash balance with the SP heading towards £2.00 that a few hundred in a dividend , if you are not holding that is up to you but you chose your own entry point but it may never be below a quid now , GL
