Summery of Operations

CIC CIC Capital started providing its services from February 2019 to client corporations not related to the company or its Directors. The net income in the fiscal year was CAD$2,372,013 which was allocated to client costs, loans. Cash received from clients was held in trust until performance obligations under contracts had been completed. Tax payable in that year was CAD$99,000. In the 2020 fiscal year, the company started to take on client referrals with a focus on larger scale corporations with increasing contract value.

The company earned both tradable shares and significant client shares that when admitted to a stock exchange will see significant value recorded as share-based revenue. With this rapid revenue growth requires in future all contracts through a new subsidiary currently being established - CIC Capital S.A. (Luxembourg) where revenue is taxed at 17%, shares issued as a dividend in specie at 0% tax. The company was very careful to establish its subsidiary in a jurisdiction which would ensure that we remain eligible for trading on a regulated market in Europe, in the event of a possible future secondary listing.



The clients we service are mainly referral’s from past clients and we are seeing the most growth from the E.U. and U.S. In this current fiscal year, the company filed a prospectus for a regulated public listing. This application is a first for a corporate services advisor on the exchange. The pace of the approval process is being managed by the Board as we fully understand that the future trading price will be measured by the cash in the bank and the value of the tradable securities earned from the client company. Although the regulator review is largely complete, but the company is holding back the final application to the stock exchange as the rapid growth of revenue, and potential values in client company shares become real.

This fiscal year also saw the company successfully re-admit a U.K. client on an E.U. exchange. CEO Stuart J. Bromley relocated to the U.K. to better service clients in the E.U. and U.S. whilst still maintaining the Asian office and clients. The company is self-supporting and does not require any capital by subscription. The Board sees significant value in the medium term and before any possible public listing will seek to acquire owner common shares (shareholders).

well think about it there are 200 of the Sirius shareholders signed up with Sharesoc which is not many as Sirius was one of the biggest pi shareholders on the UK stock market outside the footsie 100 , to mind it had 80,000 shareholder who just about all got well screwed and the company knew exactly what they were going to do , some investors were near to a breakdown even reading some posts couldn`t even tell their wives they had lost the families life savings including their pension , it was a dirty move the ceo did and they knew what this was all about , pre planned the lot , then walked with a golden handshake , thank you very much , then the brown envelopes would have been buzzing about which would be in the same numbers thanks for taking all the shareholders money and letting Anglo America get it for rock bottom . i still feel bitter about this company

Triflepig , the country was on a high pre lockdown , wait till things start picking back up people will need to employ again , same as companies that went slow during lockdown they are picking up now , builder merchants and very busy south east , i dont bother with the news papers they have their own agenda , better to see how it really is .

The country is getting back on it`s feet now , of course the GDP went down June and 3 months back but now look at the UK and the seaside towns they are so busy , bars packed out , September people will want to earn more money slowly jobs will come back , Lloyds will make money again , i would think divi`s back next year , so after all that if the numpties didn`t get in 27p you may have missed the boat getting in at the 20`s , wait much longer you will miss the low 30`s IMO .

Nice day , buy at these bargain prices and put them in your bottom draw and wait , you will double your money or have a nice div when they start again , i would think sooner than later

lot of doom and gloom merchants on this bb , we know it is still a bit scary out there with covid 19 and social distancing but at the end of the day people are still going to the shops to get their supplies , yesterday at wickes it was heaving with builder vans in the carpark people are going back to work now , it wont be back to normal 100% but good firms will survive , greedy one and crappy ones won`t , once the divi is back with lloyds the sp will go woooosh , they may even give a better divi next year with this years divi if it doesn`t get used because of covid 19 . I think China could be more dangerous to us than covid19 .

This is a no brainer to be in this , they have more money in the bank than what the SP is making the company worth , under 6p is a great entry price IMO

DT/ China are waking up, take Australia as you mentioned , Australia want a covid enquiry , next day China put an 80% tarrif on their Barley and 800,000 tons of meat , that just about wipes that out , then they said we don`t want your iron ore , and told their own power stations not to buy anymore coal from Austraila , which is the best coal in the world and the iron ore and coal is worth billions to Australia , they are buying up their mines and their best farm land , they even own their airports , you now drive into the airport and the sign saysyou are now entering into chinese airport , they have told their chinese people in china , buy up houses in Australia , then you hear about the hacking by a govt on Australia which has been going on for weeks , they have a good idea who is doing this . this is just one bit in Chinas pie , you dont hear in Europe that they are blaming China for the virus , reason being China has warned them off , they have even got angry with uk if they refuse their help in 5G , they really are flexing their might but they could meet their match and get stuffed by the world and it could happen .
