Baff , the GOVT likes people owning their own house as it stops people going on strike , years ago people would go on strike for a month now you only see one day here or there even non now , people would let the council know they were on strike and couldn`t pay the rent , not so easy telling a bank you are on strike , they would just say so what , you have a mortgage to pay so pay it or default .
