Lti , They are all the same in that party , last week one of the Labour Party was on LBC and was talking to Nick Ferrari about putting minimum wage to £15 and Nick asked him what the Minimum wage at the moment , the guy didn`t know , then you have the deputy with a very rude mouth infront of her party and the press about the Tories , what would it be like if Labour were in power and have her talking to heads of state from other countries , dreadful party

PCA ,I really cant get into a big chat about Corbyn and Boris but I used to live around a lot of hedge fund managers , traders , investment managers , i also had a beer with them and nearly all said they would dread Corbyn in because if you have any success in lifeLabour will not want you to have it , I admit Boris has spent a lot over covid but when Labour came to power with Blair , the govt was full off cash and when the tories got back in power we were massive in debt also no gold , I will leave it at that

Brix , I would buy Lloyds , I think Lloyds are in a good positions if they had a problem they have a very good war chest but as there isn`t a problem Lloyds are making a super about of cash which sooner or later will dish something good to shareholders ,

Baff , that is the problem with Councils they were gaurateed their 100% salary during covid , that stamp duty was a blinder for many and the ones that missed it because of things like that from councils was a right kick in the n8ts when that happens , can cost thousands , lucky i sold and moved , saved me a lot . i also didn`t bother about searches , just took the chance and all good .

Lti , there is 54,000 HGV licences the DVLA still need to process , they had a strike and worked from home which hasn`t helped , it could even be enough .

Stoll , I know divi`s are nice but also buy backs are good which helps the SP , if you ever need your money out to buy something which anyone of us might need out one day wouldn`t it be better if the SP was 60p than 45p .

I would prefer a buy back than a divi , buyback could push the SP right up , look at the other companies that have a buyback
