Yep the seller is still out there ... very wierd number of sells a continous basis since friday !!!!!!!

Its really sad that this funding issue keeps raising its head and allowing small volumes and traders in this stock to be suppressed with all this great news.

We know vlad cannot do a placing for some time and it is highly unlikely he could raise what he needs anything below 5 or 6p so it has to be a strategic investment with prevail or someone else.

What I cannot understand is why at this crazy low price are the buyers not buying in and hoovering up ready for the funding announcement ... or maybe they are just waiting for something or their gang leader to arrive?

I guess thats why the rise has been killed again !!!!

At least they out now so hopefully buyers will have confidence to return. Amazing RNS and volume actually so low.

We need some real marketing to get this share price moving

Is this an example of when news lands, the shorters are borrowing shares to drive the share price down or subdue it?

We see that every RNS now is either pushed into red or a small rise but should be well over 50% as they are all amazing updates. Surely this is pure manipulation by paid shorters?

Its very demoralising for investors and also HEMO when they put out amazing updates and the share is then traded on for a few percent or it goes red. I agree this should have been over 6p based on FDA but there always seems to be some form of overhang on hemo which is a real shame.

I look forward to the real value in hemo coming out and driving out all those sad traders who destroy our confidence

No idea who is big sellers is who is killing any rise ... is it a paid shorter from a big trading house?

This is still a stock infested by traders and no major institutions - They sell on every rise

We URGENTLY need confirmation of funding or JV - This is coming but once it is announced then the real valuin hemo will be realised

We need to change sentiment and people always thinking bad news follows good news which it has in the past - Too many burnt in the past to keep- topping up

We need better comms - Where is the brokers note and marketing updates and new web site?

When this happens, we will rise 100% like other stocks but until its going to be a long game of patience

Orhyblue ... 100% agreed my friend. I am confident this is real progress on CBR and maybe even vlads tweet on focusing on new projects meant he was going to lead Bait in the future and hemo would get a new leader. Time will tell whether the tweet meant anything

I love this RNS. Its massive makes CBR even more real. nevertheless people have a short memory span and vlad announced a raise after releasing a similar RNS on CBR in Jan last year which spiked the share price and allowed the placing to happen. I know we are in a totally different place now with prevail and FDA approval but FUD spreaders will use that to destroy what should be a very large rise on the back of this RNS today

I agree though with you there is no funding issue. They are finalising details and will announce in due time which will absolutely create a massive rise in the share price. This is another buying opp as most sellers are out and a new base has been set at 3p looks like.

The problem here is that this alone should be worth 30 - 40% on the share price under normal conditions but until the issue of CART funding gets resolved, this will be ignore or manipulated. That is what derampers will say and state that this is a pump and dump RNS and is there to deflect since no news on funding.

Mornington - Dont you and others feel this is just crazy. Have you ever seen a stock that gains FDA approval and drops from nearly 7p to now below 3p !!!! Surely this stock cannot have so many traders in it and no LTHs !!!

I am fully invested and could take profit now and move on but waited 5 years for FDA approval and this has now happened. This drop seems very manipulated but understandably is starting to seriously worry all of us since it doesnt make sense and FDA approval should bring 5p+

One of the problems with hemo investors is that they / we EXPECT news when we want it and when it doesnt come, people spread rumours of funding problems or bad news. The tweet was at a crazy time and not needed at all by the CEO of a company that has amazingly become clinical but it didn't say anything bad or negative ... actually quite the opposite.

People stating intraday RNS or when USA market opens or 7am just create bad expectations. News will come when all the paperwork has been signed and made official. Maybe the Tweet was just Vlad's excitement that he was WON that game and a deal is done but we won't know until its signed off the BOD. Tick Tock I guess !!!!

Dhub ... This is nothing new and typical of vlad. He has the opp to put out a solid well documented tweet and instead puts out his usual rubbish (like the CBR Bait one) and stupid videos and after the great news from friday has ALLOWED all the negativity of the past to return

I really want him out as the CEO and get the company bought by a real company with a real CEO !!!!

1902 ... If you here for the next 3 - 6 months to see how trials progress and for CBR, then this is a massive buying opportunity. Those that used the 1.2 / 1.3p share price to average down are in a much better position now

Once we get an update ,we know prevail paid 6p so that is the 1st milestone. This is pure traders having fun with FUD !!!!

No one really knows but I suspect it is because uncertainty on funding. Because everyone was expecting detailed news on funding and logistics for the trials monday latest and nothing has been updated, MMs are taking advantage and manipulating the share price and shaking out weak hands and traders

Selling part of the company would be great at a premium or selling CBR to a big pharma for a licencing deal etc ... all these are good ways forward. The fact he said he has won I felt was not just the fight against getting FDA approval but the bigger fight in getting his company into a position where it could be investable and in partner mode.

I took it as very positive and I only believe it was taken down because of some toxic comments on 1p placing ... that must have upset him considering the past is the past and the company is now CLINICAL and ready to proceed. It can't be great also seeing his share price get trampled on with great news by a few manipulators.

Moorscloud ... I am FIRMLY in the camp that says prevail, a big pharma or some other company has already committed to a strategic investment and trials are now immiment. That is why I stated that why put out an RNS in Nov aiming for a 2023 trial start if this wasnt already approved. An RNS has to be signed off by BOD and has to be official so they must have had all the logistics in place based on FDA approval being given ... That has now happened so we are just waiting for details. They will come but the longer it is held back, the more the traders will manipulate.

BTW, I have zero belief that as a LTH i am entitled to be treated professionally by vlad but if he wants to attract new institutions he has to change his management / comms style or bring in a CEO of managerial and executive calibre

Regvarny ... Thats exactly the issue, we don't know and as LTHs of the company, we should be entitled to get proper comms and not silly tweets which mean nothing. How does hemo expect to become a real trusted company within pharma when we are being governed by cryptic quotes from a CEO who thinks he is elon musk ... and is not !!!

I have never been a big fan of the way that vlad manages comms. I didnt have a problem with him using tweets but the problem was they were cryptic and so allowed manipulators to trade the stock with uncertainty. It happened many times and now has happened again. Now no news on funding yet and people selling off because they assume the worst. They will come back if the news is positive but its so frustrating that the news we have been waiting for has created this uncertainty again and instead of celebrating the success of CART, we are now under the cloud of funding uncertainty.

I cannot believe that the RNS of Nov which stated that trials were expected in 2023 would not have had the funding issue and all logistics ready to go? They knew CART could be approved anytime so again by not clarifying this issue is just allowing traders to spread FUD and crater the share price again !!!!!

Yes we have to be patient but I would like prevail to take over comms and get a brokers note and regular RNS comms to shareholders. Once this happens, I think we will get a new investor base but again we are being manipulated by certain blocks of people who control the share price.
