The thing I hate about Hemo is also the thing I love. This stock is so unpredictable. News could land right upto closing bell tomorrow. Vlad doesnt care about shareholders and so releases news when he likes and so trying to time the low on the stock is virtually impossible. I do feel it has hit rock bottom now and is the best time to buy and hold till Jan end.

I think we would all love to see a little blue and rally before the end of 2023 before the rocket moves in January.

JHFH ... You know I have sent multiple emails to Hemo and not a single response. I have turned up at 1 zoom and I don't remember the ability to ask questions. I don't have the knowledge like you do but am a simple investor who invested in a company that could bring a product to market and help patients and make me some money on the side. Most of us are sitting on a loss after many years.

It's all well and good and spouting positive all the time if there is positive to state but there is nothing positive at present. The share price is so low yet attracts no new big buyers. The company cant deliver a single item. Vlad continues to set silly high expectations then miss them. You state no news is good news but I have stated no news means something is not happening correctly and is being hidden in the background and then a sudden RNS to pump arrives and we forget for a while. Facts are facts and I agree some people will be put off by my negativity but as a holder of many shares where do I go and vent and I need to vent since I want vlad to change, I want hemo to deliver and I want my pound of flesh after waiting 5+ years !!!

Please tell us where we are with IND? Tell us something positive about hemo that is not a ramp and people then buy into the company at this low price.? Why are big pharma not investing even a little inn CBR or CART when we so close? These are rhetorical questions but are probably being asked by many. I only ask them because this is the ONLY avenue to get feedback from anyome who knows anything about hemo as hemo don't engage with their shareholders anymore

I wish we would stop congratulating vlad on saving money when he hasnt actually delivered anything in 4 years. Promises and setting aggresive expectations and then missing them is not to be rewarded. And if people want to sell because we tell the truth, so be it. If the stock price was a steal then why are people not loading up rather than selling.

Trust is low in this company as well as sentiment and that is purely because forget CBR which is hype at present, Hemo cannot even bring one product called CART to market in 7 years of working. Most CEOs would have been kicked out with this disgraceful result but this man gets stock options and a solid salary while us poor shareholders have to put up with his sudden raises and bad decisions. All in the name of saving money !!!

Please someone tell me what is going on since vlad stated he "expected" trials to begin in 2023. That was purely to again ramp the stock and there was never any chance that deadline would be met and thats not healthy. We continue to have to just delay and delay any return on investment with this ceo sadly

JHFH ... I have only 1 issue with this stock and that is VLAD. I know I can't change that but can outline my unhappiness without questioning the science. So far in the last 4 years, he has been very consistent. He pumps the stock via some form of exciting RNS and then issues a placing. That has been the case all along. He did it again recently. He stated "expected" trials to begin in 2023 and now we are 19th dec and don't even know if the IND has been submitted. As a shareholder with a significant holding, I know have 2 options, hold and suck it up or sell. I am not stupid and recognise the massive upside in the science but we are here again at Xmas expecting IND and not knowing where we are in the process and having to again just suck it up and believe we will be rewarded one day.

Anyways, its ok we don't need to agree and I try to be positive and overall am but frustration at the same behaviour by the CEO is really getting on mine and others trust factor and that is why people are selling still when this is supposed to be the biggest super stock with a massive upside. It should be 5p now and now hovering below the placing price

All that is a pipedream until it happens. RED again today as no news. This is starting to become ground hog day like last Xmas. Best to switch and let the traders destroy this stock in combination with the great vlad and his ridiculous pumped up expectations that have destroyed any hope for this stock.

Dhub .... I am sorry but yours, mine and any predictions are a waste of time. We have no idea where CART is at present and this is all a gamble now. It's easy to keep extending the timelines like you do and state oh news will come next week or week after or january and then when it doesn't, just saying this is pharma and delays happen.

Delays only happen when this as mismanaged. That is happening with hemo and has been for the last 4 years. Not a single expectation has been met and us shareholders continue to just suck it up while traders make good money on pump and dumps !!! I am sorry but this is the reality and I am not selling but this is a very poor investment unless you invest now and hope CART approval comes in the next 4 - 6 weeks. I wish I had known

I feel your anger and pain as well. I could have made real money in another stock in 5 years but still here at a loss. Why? Because instead of delivering Vlad continues to help his mates with pump and dumps, does placings when confidence is high and trust then goes and we get no update on CDX.

I think most will wait till January before taking out large amounts of cash since he will need to raise more money and if IND is not done by then and we don't get a honest and real factual update with real dates then this company will never deliver. Excuses once is fine but this has happened for 5 years in this shambles and we may believe in the science but the leadership is suspect

I don't think you should blame these people but blame HEMO and vlad. Where is the news that we are promised every week??? He sets expectations and then never ever meets them and so naturally people sell on Monday. As Dhub says "Time will tell" or these traders are silly but I think they are the clever ones making money on guaranteed hemo behavioyr while we stupidly sit here and wait for 5 yrs to make a profit !!!!

Sadly this is the stock that we always make excuses for. Suddenly we get a placing, suddenly we realise they are going to miss expectations again, suddenly we get spiral financing. Its been a tough ride on this stock because of poor management and expectations setting. Buyers are few and its infested with traders who like to get their few percent per week.

nevertheless no news is surely good news. We are definately in the timeframe to get an update and whether it is IND submission or IND approval, it is in that news period. I agree it is the best time to spare some money and invest now and if we get news in 2023 all good, otherwise January we should see a big big rise. Patience and hope is always the case for HEMO !!! and nothing you ask Vlad for will come true as he ignores his shareholders and only cares for his mates.

HH ... He blocked me as well but I have my contacts as well. I feel its more than a coincidence and this bodes well for next week. If he has inside information, this is the time to buy and would fits with FOMO FRIDAY as well. We are definately very close to news and let's all hope for a great Xmas Hemo 2023 !!!

JHFH ... This feels like a LEAK. Why? justamantrading stated he just bought 482k shares yesterday. He normally buys just before news (Either a hunch or he has some connections). Today the price is moving nicely ... It fits in line when news was expected which is either this week or next so maybe an RNS has been lodged and news on IND submission or approval is due next week. That would fit in line with trials possibly starting in 2023 ...

Irrespective, this share price is silly low so its fairly safe bet to get in anytime lower than even the placing price of 2.5p

Well i don't live in ivory towers here mate ... reality is no one is buying and will not until we get official news from the FDA and not ramped up RNS.

SocialistB ... Your point is valid. I don't trust his timelines or his promises and expectation setting. This is why the share price is so low when we are SO CLOSE to IND. Trust in what he says is extremely low or people would be buying in volumes at thi price. I understand that hemo may have low coverage but we cannot continue to blame traders or shorters in keeping this low.

I am invested here and will continue to. It is would be foolish of me to ignore that the FDA and prevail have given clear guidance to get this through to clinical trials and whether I like the CEO or not, is irrelevant.

SocialistB ... NO It doesnt matter if we go clinical in 2023 or 2023 to most LTHs as long as we FINALLY GO CLINICAL.

The issue here for me is about trust. I don't trust vlad but I trust the science. I have invested lots on the belief that the CEO and his words in the RNS are official and validated. He says they have funds and then suddenly we see a private placing. He says that 2023 this is company is "expected" to start trials and this looks very unlikely. He has promised so much on Covid and nothing. We don't invest for 5 years to be at a loss while he gets his salary and doesn't put a penny from his own pocket into the share.

All I have heard is oh well, we missed another deadline and then excuses for why or how this is a great time now to buy an average down since the share price has fallen to another low. There is a limit to everything and trust in vlad is at an all time low ... otherwise at this crazy low price people would be buying in but instead they are selling.

I am not leaving and I am not being negative about hemo and the science but I am sick and tired of people stating that vlad has done an amazing job by saving the company money or delivering on the science on time ... he hasn't .... YET but all this has to proven with IND FIRST !!!!!

Dhub ... I 100% agree. Its a few people selling but more selling than buying. Why? because there is nothing out there that states we are either IND submitted or waiting for IND approval. This limbo for investors is anxiety and rather than guess, they sell. That is not me and you either but I don't blame them for selling and just waiting for news.

The RNS of 15th Nov seems a life time ago. It stated they need to do 1 PQ RUN. That should be 3 weeks max so why no update? Xmas is round the corner and very few days for FDA to approve and all the positivity of the last RNS is slowly wearing thin. We had a bad xmas with hemo last year and for once, I wish hemo and vlad would care for their investors and provide us a REAL UPDATE and not something to hype the share. When will HEMO SANTA WILL BRING US IND APPROVAL AND THIS RERATE TO 5p !!!!!!!!!

Agreed Mickey ... Upto know Vlad has delivered nothing except lots of promises and not a single product delivered. Great at doing things on a shoe string but suddenly putting out a ramping RNS followed by some form of placing screwing us retail investors. Something never feels right with hemo and thats why the sentiment is so poor all the time here except for about 1 day per year when we see blue !!! No choice but to wait and hope or sell off and move on i guess.

Mickey ... This behaviour by vlad is nothing different to the past. Nothing has changed. So much hype and promises and over committment etc and then all the steam gone and doubt comes in.

Nevertheless, in this case no news is good news. We gotta 1 day closer to IND approval or IND submission. Patience is the key here again and another year gone and the price just holding above 2p is very very demoralising for a 5 year wait. We can all claim this has gone up by 80% from the low but the majority bought in much higher and are supporting the share price because of FOMO. I am not sure how long patient retail investors will continue to give vlad and his merry ramping RNSs the benefit of the doubt ...

HT ... Not sure what value you offer on this board except every day stating negative comments about everything and everyone. Everyone is allowed to make predictions and thats fine. Its just frustrating for you and others that we really dont know where we are with hemo and IND at present and that is making a farce of the RNS that stated "Expected" ... I knew that was just a ramp which didnt work sadly

Why do we care about AVCT !!! This is a Hemo board and we are all waiting for news impatiently on this company

I just wish hemo would give us a damn update and where we are in the IND process !!!!
