I have 10m shares and I will sell most of them. Apart from CART FDA approval what exactly has he done for shareholders !!! Nothing. Stubborn is ok if he delivers but he hasnt and the science should be purchased by some other company ... very very frustrated after 5 years !!

This smells of inside info again. The person who sold blocks after FDA results must have known funding wasnt in place and then told his mates to short. This wreaks of bad management and no support for retail investors who have kept hemo afloat for years

DCT55 ... This is exactly my issue. Everyone was confident the product was amazing and funding would be easy but Eli lilly walked away years ago and no pharma has shown interest and this concerns me. If they have done a placing at 2.5p which looks likely as the price is stuck there, then many LTHs like myself are probably gonna leave as the return timeframe becomes very unknown and any trust I had in Vlad is totally gone. I would prefer they sell the company or bring in a new CEO so trust can be rebuilt !!!!

This could have a great affect by getting rid of the sellers who were going to sell on news and bringing in more sticky hands ... sometimes its good to flush away the rubbish. Whoever bought at this bargain price, let's hope hemo final delivers news asap

If it is a placing it confirms a few things :-

- Stu has insider knowledge

- Vlad cannot be trusted

- No one wanted to sign up for cart even on FDA approval

- The last 2 CBRs RNS were failed pumps

- They lied in the RNS from nov stating trials starting in 2023

- They lied again stating trials in few months

We have invested our life savings in this company and if we get screwed again, I feel many many will leave. After all the hype and hope this sadly is concerning

Think of the poor people who bought this at the 6.5p FDA approval timeframe ... very very sad show again ... i guess another 2 years to wait and yes I wouldn't bank on anything from prevail anymore. Since the pump failed they probaly are the one's selling off.

Doggystyle.... I havent sold any but agree with you that JHFH is the most commercially learned person on here. Wish Hemo would hire him as it would be a massive boost to the share price. Until then we have vlad .... sadly

It is vlads lack of updates and transparency that has caused this drop again and not me .... just stop blaming people who write on this board to be the reason for any fall. Wake and smell the coffee ... this is not gamestop !!!!

Be good and safe Mickey. Personally I wouldnt come back till summer since none of Vlad's expectation setting has been correct or truthful. One day we will be millions lols

I would love a share buy back to reduce the number of shares that vlad has put into the market or even better, one of his directors or him buy some to give us confidence. It's always down to retail here to support this company and that's not fair. WHere are the big boys who allegedly have been sniffing for years ... NOT !!

Oh well, nothing to do here except buy more at this low price (which doesnt seem to be happening), believe the sellers have left (Which they haven't) or just wait and pray that vlad actually supports the retail investor for once and not his mates.

As I have said, I think it was a statement to pump. Like the CBR ones and others in the past. I also think the prevail buy at 6p was just to create hype and it didn't. The number of shares were so low its irrelevant from a financial perspective but yes they have bought into the science

All this hype around prevail and the brilliant science and they cannot get a single pharma to invest in 5 years !!! I don't care if people don't agree with me but obviously the market also believes that and that is sad considering we are an FDA approved company and at a lower price than when we were NOT !!!!!

JHFH ... Yes its 100% disgusting but that's their job. They don't care for what the company does or is involved in, it is an easy stock to attack so they do. Vlad can stop all this but putting out information to dispel this ridiculous notion of a placing at 2.5p that some are spouting to destroy the share price !!!

Its been 3 weeks since they claimed trials in a few months so surely they are close to or have done a deal with someone? This silence again just destroys positive sentiment and the stock markets and people work on information and not hope for a real sustained rise. I think you agree that the only way we will get the true valuation of this stock is by changing the way it operates and that starts at the top !!!

I don't think there is a placing at 2.5p ... I think there will be one in teh future at 6p+ but this is purely down to people getting bored and moving on with small profits. It happened last year. They held for ages and saw the FDA news absolutely demolish the share price and now just moving on. The only time we get an RNS nowadays when a pump is in play sadly and traders can have their fun

The science is amazing. The company is in an amazing place yet the comms is a joke always here. People have to guess what is happening. This is worse than an AIM stock. I strongly believe the wording stating trials expected to start in 2023 was a pump again and there to create a buying frenzy. How can they state that and not have funding in place or maybe they had funding and then vlad messed it up and lost the partner they had ... like in the Eli lilly days

Personally, this is a great price to buy but needs serious patience and hope. I wish the company would be bought and we get a real commercially focused ceo and the value of the company is realised. This will continue to hobble at this low price until people start to trust vlad or his RNSs !!!

We all know that stocks are not bought by peoples views on here. If they are, well thats their issue. I am just a bit bored and a bit anxious thats all. Mickey is the same. There are many. I don't believe the 2 RNS on CBR were more than a pump that failed to return the results sadly. Yes the content was amazing but I feel it was just a way of raising the share price which didnt happen

Anyways, I know I can sell or just wait or shut up but the point being here is that this stock is purely governed by sentiment and we had really momentum after the FDA announcement. Now its all gone and we are in this phase of not knowing what is happening ... good or bad behind the scene. This will just move between 2.85 and 3 as traders make their few percent and we just have to suck it up ...

We are all now in an interesting position. We all have to make a decision on whether this quiet period means news will be huge or will not be. Personally I have nowhere to go having been here for a long time but am shocked at the silence AGAIN. Yes i know we need to patient or sell but everytime we have great upside, its totally destroyed by times of silence and people having to guess what will be next. It really hasn't learnt that real comms is all shareholders want !!!!

Dhub ... I think the scientific gift that hemo can bring to the market is amazing but i am not confident that the RNSs they announce are genuine sometimes. I think now they have ulterior motives and are mainly aimed at pumping the stock

- The RNS from Nov 2023 stated clearly they "expected" to have trials in 2023. There was no chance of that and I highlighted it. If that was the case then, what is taking so long now. I hope it is plans have changed and it is bigger than before

- They announced 2 CBR RNSs back to back when they needed to rise the share price. It didnt work since people have been burnt in the past and were then expecting a placing. It didnt happen but people didnt buy

- The prevail investment was so small in the grand scheme of things. I now think by stating 6p they thought people would pump it to 6p. They didnt ...

There are many examples of the last 5 years where pumping has worked in the covid days and then got shafted by mint financing. Sadly this is really tough on shareholders and great for shorters and traders. They are just taking advantage sadly of the bad decisions and trust that no one has in Vlad and hemo.

For every buy there is a matched sell dropping the price down again !!! This is becoming a bit predictable sadly and the shorters have full control of the situation and could have until we hear news. Strange that people were buying at 4.3p in Jan 2023 and now we have FDA approval, they cant even invest at 3p .... wierd stock this

The only way we will get a rise and it will stay high is when the number of LTHs and institutions are in the majority and the shorters and traders are not. This has always been the case with hemo and in theory it could be justified by the bad decisions vlad has made in the past.

I do agree though there is absolutely no guarantee even with funding this has a massive rise even it should and this again is because lack of trust, visibility and understanding of this stock. The only reason I still stay here is because of Haywain and JHFH who give me hope that if they are staying, so should I.
